We revisited the fundamentals of recruitment and discovered something! - not a recruiter, I'm a founder, product & process innovator. My Thesis: People don't hire Cover Letters or Resumes, they hire the People who apply. Thus: I believe Personality wins Jobs, not cover letters. I have a background in collaborative robotics (B.Eng hons) and internet tech. Sprinkled with a never quit attitude. I'm a deeply technical person, rooted at the forefront of innovation and adoption. I'm experiencing my life in seasons, that seem to swap between Engineering and Sales. So far it seems cyclical. I sometimes reach out to make connections with colleagues, in my fields of interest.
