Thesis: People don't hire resumes or cover letters, they hire other people. Seems simple right.. then how come Jobs ask you to submit details and resume.. not say hello and introduce yourself? at UseVerb we're changing the way people apply for #jobs. AI has killed the resume, the cover letter and any hope of a personal written introduction. Who you are & Authenticity counts in my book. For me, technology holds the power to transform and empower us. But it's people who count, they make the difference and there is no substitute for hard work. My strategy: It's simple: be real, work hard, create value. I’m on a mission to uncover the tactics and strategies successful people just like you are using to hire their dream employees and land their Dream Jobs! Over the past 20 years, I landed my dream jobs, dealt with rejection and grew to found my own companies, building great teams with amazing people. But then; reaching for the stars… I screwed up & lost it all. - It’s truly humbling to be broke, over qualified and well, starting again. I'm a robotics engineer, with a weirdly wired brain, that's social technical. Left & right hemisphered. I polarize, entertain, irritate - some love me, others hate me - I simply give & share.
