•	Wrote brand strategies and business plans for a diverse range of industries ranging from beauty, supplements, fashion, children’s toys, hospitality and SAAS.  Delivered investment pitches on behalf of brand founders to UHNWI, Family Offices and Private Equity firms, resulting in over £5M of investment being offered to clients between 2014-2011.  Demonstrating the ability to advise board members, understand varied business process and models across different industries. 
•	Project managed challenging ecommerce Magento build for B2B ‘real time’ manufacturer that encompassed punch out, ESB and client ERP integration highlighting a talent for grasping complex technical information and processes. Documented end to end user journey with the use of flow charts and video ‘user stories’ to avoid misinterpretation of data or betrayal of successful processes. 
•	Developed Ted’s Grooming Room Range at KMI Brands managing multi-layered critical path, global compliance requirements, numerous stakeholders and an international supply chain.

After I delivered the training strategy, launch then optimised the workstream, I decided to focus solely on being the Rio EPR Communications Lead so I could finish ghost-writing a novel.

The Trust's homegrown legacy system Insight is being replaced by the Rio Inpatient and Community EPR system. 

- Wrote an integrated internal communications strategy for sign off at Programme Board. 
- Provide monthly updates  and analytics insights for Programme Board, NHS Digital and NHS England. . 
- Created Trust wide comms using multiple touchpoints such as intranet, social media, events, ward screens, screensavers, Teams, pre-recorded and live stream Q&A interviews. 
- Made video content to increase staff participation and encourage their advancement on the Rio Ready path. 
- Created the 'Spotlight on' communication series to highlight the benefits of the Rio EPR system, encourage early adopters and project ambassadors (Rio Champions).
- Implemented 'bionic' intranet articles for optimal retention when skim reading.
- Created and managed content for the Trust's intranet (Drupal CMS) and Facebook staff room group.

- Conducted a training needs analysis to discover preferred learning methods, memory recall, knowledge adoption and problem solving.  
- Developed a blended training strategy to support over 3000 staff with varied digital literacy that included online courses, facilitated or enhanced eLearning, instructor led classrooms, refresher webinars, on-site drop in clinics and experience hubs. 
- Project managed creation of training assets to support varied learning styles such as eLearning modules, lesson plans, quick reference guides, glossaries, iconography, post training practice sandpit. 
- Managed a team of 6 trainers, two eLearning developers and two admin staff. 
- Mentored training manager.
- Planned blended learning delivery schedules.
- Evaluated floorwalker bids as part of the tender process.  
- Managed P&L/budget for trainers, equipment, external facilities.
- Liaised with agencies for team recruitment.
- Implemented Rio Ready smart card and training report dashboard for an at a glance summary of team and individual status for managers.

Rio EPR Communications and Training Lead

FINALIST: Health Tech Awards 2022 for Staff Engagement and Communication at EEAST ePCR project

The Engagement and Training Lead accountable for re-engaging frontline staff and developing an agile dual training strategy and implementation for both hardware and software for the East of England Ambulance Trust (EEAST)

The Trust’s existing electronic patient care record (ePCR) system had been in place since 2009 and would not address the future needs of the service. In addition, laptops heavily used by staff needed a refresh. Whilst the ePCR software contract was ending, it was uneconomical to maintain the existing laptops. 

Engagement

- Developed multi-channel staff engagement strategy for Programme Board approval.
- Updated Programme Board presentations.
- Pioneered Live Q&A at the Trust.
- Utilised multiple engagement channels, including a series of digital bulletins 'Change is Good', virtual Q&A sessions, in-person events and social media groups.
- Wrote targeted communications for different end user groups and regions. 
- Created mixed media assets to support other communication channels. 

Training

- Implemented a blended training programme for staff during the COVID-19 pandemic through virtual and online training. Used gamification to develop advanced software training for clinicians.
- Created a Training Asset Library for trainers and super users, providing consistent bite-sized training support materials to improve facilitation and learner knowledge retention. 
- At the end of roll out, blended training delivered to almost 3,000 users, including trainers, super users and end users in the 18 operational areas and 7,500 square miles the Trust operates over.

Legacy 
BAU has seen the Trust reach their highest ePCR compliance rates. February 2023 saw an overall 91% compliance with each of the six regions now hitting 90% or above.
