Stop making your social media team stick to brand guidelines that were signed off 10 years ago. 

Social media moves bloody quickly, and keeping those algorithms happy isn't an easy job. 

And let’s be honest, no one is zooming in on your hex codes or checking if your caption tone matches the copy on your 'About Us' page.

 👉 Does this feel like something our audience would actually say or share?
 👉 Does this build community or spark a conversation?

Because you can post all the prettiest branded graphics in the world, but if no one stops scrolling… what’s the point?

Let your socials breathe. Tell stories. Use the trends if they make sense. And most of all, stop expecting social content to match a website perfectly.

Give your team the freedom to experiment because that’s where the magic (and the metrics) happen.
