Receiving constructive feedback in business is like a perfect assist in sports! 



Sometimes we hesitate to ask for it because it could mean we are obligated to implement or that we don’t know what we are doing! 

Honest feedback might be twice as hard….. the higher your position, the more money your business makes, and the more influence you have …. Most will sugarcoat or outright BS the feedback just to stay on your good side! 

The more authority, influence and position you have the less honest feedback you will receive!

Nobody has made you uncomfortable lately!

Often, when people tell us they can't afford our offers, it's actually just the nice way of saying: "I don't see why I should prioritise spending money on this right now"—"I don't value it". 
 
90% of sales is showing someone why they should value this thing enough to spend money on it right now. 

One thing I've learned from my sales coach Jeff Goldberg is that showing value has to be in the eyes of the prospect NOT YOU! 

Take yourself ourside of yourself and look at how you are explaining what you do! Would you find your opt-in valuable?  Would you find what are trying to sell worth investing in? Really?

In the sea of marketing claims, it's essential to back up your assertions. Ever wonder why prospects hesitate or doubt your methods? Often, "I don't have the money" translates to "I'm not convinced this will work." Remember your school composition classes? Just like a good essay, your marketing posts need a solid thesis supported by evidence.


For instance, if you claim that newcomers can charge high-ticket fees right away, you must provide real evidence. Citing studies or showcasing examples where beginners achieved success quickly can turn skeptics into believers. Similarly, if promoting a method like using emotions for healing or the efficiency of Facebook ads, ensure you have comparative studies or data to support your points.


Marketing isn’t just about claiming; it's about proving. So before you try to master complex marketing techniques, ensure your methods are sound, tested, and genuinely effective. It’s not just what you say, it’s what you can prove that transforms prospects into clients.

BEFORE you hire someone ask questions like........

Have you done this for yourself?  Did it work?

  I see way to many people getting fooled into buying stuff that doesn't work and that they don't need!!!  Everything you need is inside of you!!

People think they need more tools.

What they really need is smarter strategies with existing tools.

Here's the challenge:

- When coaches use AI just as a trendy gadget, it's a flashy show-off. Almost anyone can do that.

- When coaches use AI without understanding their audience, they generate content that is mostly irrelevant to their niche.

- When coaches rely too much on AI, it's quickly noticeable, leaving their authenticity wanting to shine through.

Other than the feel-good factor of being technologically savvy (which is no bad thing; it does feel progressive), don't think you're automatically going to engage more effectively just because you use AI.

Using AI is overhyped. Smart tools feel futuristic but don't necessarily mean better coaching.

Better coaching happens when the right tools are used in the right way to genuinely enhance your methods...

...and then you excel.

So if you're seeking anything, it should be the ways in which AI can truly complement your unique coaching style.

That's where significant improvement exists for your coaching effectiveness.

Sounds a bit less revolutionary? Perhaps.

But be careful that you're not caught up in the hype

Smart integration > High touch, every time.

I've been told that I'm lucky because I have personality that attracts others!

You know, those people who just walk into the room and suddenly, everything lights up.

‘They must be born with it.’
‘I could never be like that.’
‘People just aren’t drawn to me the same way.’

And no, it’s not just pop stars or movie icons.

It’s charisma and magnetism.

So, here’s how I’ve been embracing it lately (and how you can too) 👇🏼

1. Instead of envying others' charisma, focus on developing your own.

- View every interaction as a chance to leave a positive impression.
- Recognize that 'charisma' is not an innate trait but a skill that can be honed.
- Opt for authenticity over trying to impress.

2. Acknowledge your unique qualities.

- You possess traits that are attractive and can draw people to you, just as you are.
- Reflect on moments when you've positively influenced others or made them feel good, use this as momentum.

3. Counteract negative self-talk.

- If downplaying your capability to be charismatic isn’t helping, start reinforcing the positive.
- Use feedback from friends or previous interactions to remind yourself of your magnetic moments.

Whether you’re just stepping into a new social circle, or you’re trying to light up a familiar setting, shyness can restrain you.

Everyone faces this dilemma, the most magnetic individuals have just learned to channel their inner allure.

They transform self-doubt into a catalyst for personal growth and better social engagements.

So, here’s to embracing YOUR charisma and turning on that magnetism. Forget the shadows, it's time to shine.
