In collaboration with the leadership team, develops marketing strategies that result in increased brand awareness and lead generation.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, paid advertising, and events. Projects include rebranding, messaging & positioning, paid traffic, SEO & website redesign, and marketing automation & CRM implementation.

Marketing team set-up and management: 
Process building & recruiting of the marketing team and ensuring the team has the necessary skills and resources to achieve their goals.

Collaboration with other departments: 
Align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with overall company goals.

Website design and development: 
Responsible for ensuring that the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional.

Content creation: 
Responsible for establishing processes and for creating or commissioning content for the website, including text, images, and videos.

Website maintenance: 
Responsible for keeping the website up-to-date, ensuring that it is running smoothly, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

Search engine optimization (SEO): 
Responsible for optimizing the website for search engines, which includes using keywords, meta tags, and other techniques to improve the website's ranking in search engine results pages.

Analytics and reporting: 
Tracking website traffic, user behavior, and other metrics to evaluate the website's performance and identify areas for improvement.
