here’s exactly what i'd do ↓

first, what's broken?
i spent 9 years in France 🇫🇷 and 3 weeks in SF 🇺🇸 (still here btw 🤙)
and honestly... Europe is so far behind.

while in the US, we're obsessed with creating more.
in Europe, we're addicted to cutting costs, like we've already given up on economic growth.
if nothing changes... Europe is cooked.

so what’s the plan?

1. fix the "creation" culture problem 🇪🇺
- build a space where being weird is default.
- focused on -1 to 0 → dreaming, discovering, learning, failing fast.
- push to move from safe-bet SaaS to wild edge ideas.

that's what i've started with anomalie.space in paris 🇫🇷 with 0$
it already worked well. and we'll keep improving it 🤙 (chapter 2 soon)


2. fix the "speed" problem 🚀
- for founders having momentum → bring them to SF 🇺🇸
- here they can breath optimism, fast execution, grind culture and the billion-dollar ambition.
- here they also can meet crazy people who can help them go quickly from 1 to 100 to 1000.

so yeah, i imagine:
3 months. intense. no breaks. go big or go home.

3. fix access to "capital" problem 💸
- in SF, "first-checks" are so mainstream. ideas get funded fast. people take real risks. also, so many grants exist.
- in Europe. no one wants to go first. founders waste months chasing a "lead". most ideas die before they even exist. and they're usually the most interesting ones, from the most interesting people. we only do late safe-bets and then we complain about "low ROI" 🙃

so we launch → anomalie.fund 💰
small checks. big trust. high chaos.


i'm 100% sure:
those $10M will return billions.

the biggest wins always start the same:
be on the edge. work hard. get the right help.

i don't have those $10M (yet)
but i'm building this anyway
cause i've insane belief in this plan.

if i can give one advice to any ambitious fellow in europe 🇪🇺

you have one goal: come to SF 🇺🇸

honestly, this city is so freaking crazy.

so many extremely smart people within the same area.

you can talk about longevity, billions, crazy dreams, huge problems, AGI, robots, psychology… and still be understood.

it’s even the norm to be weird and fucking deeply delusional about something in the future.

here, people chase big. move fast. learn fast. fail fast.

the speed makes you care less about failures, cause you can win next day.

and the best part?

people ship daily cool shit instead of spending time on stupid certifications or giving talks about stuff they don’t even really master :)

i’ve been rooting for europe a lot but honestly it feels like comparing « la ligue 2 » to the champions league.

i’m a tech nerd.

so SF 🇺🇸 feels like Disneyland to me.

- met people i used to only see on youtube.
- walked into spaces i’d only heard about.
- tried wild new tech products.
- everyone shares the same tech culture.
- every week’s packed with cool events.

BREAKING: i'm shutting down "the tech ride" 🚖

to launch the next big thing EVERYONE IN SF WILL BE WATCHING.

so... the tech ride was launched based on one hypothesis:
"it's possible to get the most famous ppl in SF on a low-commitment format: 15-min podcast in a waymo"

so i tried it.

3 episodes.
hundreds of thousands of views.
many cool guests.
but still... i was wrong.

and i've been in the media industry long enough to know:
if you have to force it. it's not the right play.
(+ i only have 2 more weeks before heading back to paris 🇫🇷)
