And you have wayyy too much on your plate to plan out a robust email strategy (that actually converts). So, I'm here to take the headache out of all of it for you. Here's what it looks like to work with me: 🤝 Email Pulse Check - I see what's working with your current strategy and what needs to be improved. From there, you get a detailed game plan that shows you exactly how we're going to hit the revenue marker you're looking for. 🤝 Personalized Campaigns - Tired of your emails looking like everyone else's? Me too. We use zero-party data and dynamic segmentation to personalize every one of your campaigns. Result? More engagement = more sales. 🤝 Trust-Building - People buy from those they know, like, and trust. My Human First Sales Strategy ensures your audience sees YOU as the authority and solution (in your own tone of voice). The *real* reason you're not getting clients: Your approach works. You're good at what you do. And you love building relationships and helping people step into a higher, better version of themselves. Maybe you've helped lots of people already... But you're just not attracting the *right* kind of leads on a consistent basis. Why? It's not your lack of experience, skill, or even personality that's holding you back... It's your ✨ messaging ✨ You can be the greatest high-performance coach on the planet, but if you can't: ✅ Communicate what you do in a way that "hits" with your ideal client ✅ Build trust & likeability in your marketing (early on) ✅ Nurture leads on a consistent, weekly basis Your business is going to plateau (or worse... decline). And you'll miss out on serving SO many more people. So what you really need is: 1. A clear message 2. A system that attracts consistent leads And that's where I can help. I help coaches get clear on their messaging so they can connect deeper with their ideal clients and scale their business in a sustainable, heart-centered way. I help you: ➔ Turn silent email subscribers into engaged buyers with emails that sound just like you wrote them. ➔ Create a system that brings you leads every month that builds trust and likeability immediately. ➔ Save hours of time tinkering with your marketing so you can focus on serving (what you do best!) ✨ DM me "beyond email" to learn more about my "human first" email framework to help you attract more ideal clients every month. #EmailMarketing #Copywriting

Effective copywriting doesn’t happen by accident. (Here are 3 principles every email copywriter should follow:) 1) Be Direct - Skip unnecessary words and filler phrases - Keep your sentences concise and to the point - Clarity is key Don’t: Due to the fact that Do: Because 2) Focus on Facts - Opinions won’t persuade, but data will - Always back up claims with hard evidence - Avoid vague promises and buzzwords Opinion: Our product is top-rated Fact: Our product has been rated 4.8 stars by over 1,000 customers 3) Speak in Real Terms - Avoid jargon that confuses your reader - Break down complex ideas into simple concepts - Show clear, tangible results instead of vague benefits Don’t: Will help increase efficiency Do: Boosts efficiency by 25% These principles are the foundation of every great piece of copy, and they’re what make your emails stand out and convert. P.S. Are you using them? #CopywritingTips #EmailMarketer #Copywriter

Clever way to keep buyers coming back? 💭 Humor can go a long way. Check out this piece of mail I got from a business card company called Moo. Here's what I love about it: 🍎 The notebook paper design is on-theme with the season (back to school), making it more relevant 🍎 The copy is simple, bullet-pointed and easy to read 🍎 It showcases the benefits you'll get if you come back (30% off, the compliments you'll get, etc.) 🍎 Best of all, it adds an element of humor by saying "Cons: Minor risk of paper cuts" Creative, funny, easy to read. I think most of their customers got a little chuckle out of this (I know I did!) Who knows, I might just reorder some business cards now 😉 P.S. What do you think about Moo's direct mail efforts? A+ or needs improvement? 🍎 #DirectMailInspiration #Moo #Marketing #Copywriting #CopyInspo

Before I knew this, I struggled to make my copywriting effective. There’s this little copywriting principle I came across a while back… It’s simple, madly effective, and fun to use. I don’t think you should use it all the time though. Just at the *right* moments. Honestly, it’s because of this principle that I’ve been able to rake in some pretty high conversion rates for my clients ✌🏼 And I want you to do the same, so have a peek at the video below 👀 #copywriting #copywritingtips #emailmarketing #emailmarketingstrategy #ecommerce #marketing

Building an email list felt *weird* at first. I was the strategist behind 6-figure launches, but my own list? It had one subscriber. (Me 👋) I’ve been an email marketer for almost 3 years now. But for a lot of that time, I didn’t have a newsletter (ironic, right?) I was so busy helping clients grow their lists and revenue… I put mine on the back burner. Until about 18 months ago. That’s when I finally launched my own list. - No big announcement - No fancy welcome series - Just me, sharing raw insights from my experience as a copywriter, marketer, and entrepreneur. And to be honest, it was crickets at first. But I kept showing up. Kept writing. Kept sharing the strategies I knew worked (because I’d seen them work). Then things shifted. Subscribers started rolling in. People started replying to my emails. I started getting DMs like, “Holy crap, I implemented what you shared and saw a 15% lift in sales!” That’s when I realized: This is exactly how your list should feel. 👉 Like a little community. 👉 Like people actually want to hear from you. 👉 Like your emails matter. And one of the things that helped me grow was the value I gave away. I shared the exact breakdown of how one of my clients made over $300k in 30 days using just 3 email flows. It’s all inside the Email Revenue Playbook: A free, step-by-step guide that shows you the top-performing flows and how to make them work for your business. Want a copy? There’s a lot of noise about the *perfect* email cadence. Here’s the truth: There isn’t one. Too many emails? You annoy your readers. Too few? You’re forgotten. So what’s the answer? *cue drum roll* ✨ TESTING ✨ A marketer is really a scientist. The more you experiment, the more you learn what works (and what doesn't). If you're just getting started with email, I would: 🧪 Start with 1-2 emails a week. 🧪 Target your most engaged subscribers for better deliverability. 🧪 If opens/clicks stay high, ramp up. If unsubscribes spike, adjust. The key is experimenting until you find your sweet spot. Because you'll never know what cadence works for YOU, until you start thinking (and acting) like a scientist. P.S. What do you think - is there a perfect cadence? #EmailMarketing #ThinkLikeAScientist #CopywritingTips

3 years ago, I was charging $10 to write 5 emails. Today, I sign 4-figure email marketing clients. Here’s the 3-step process I followed to get out of my own way and build a profitable location-free business in 3 years: 1) Learn from the best - Enroll in a course or get a mentor (nothing beats hands-on help). - Study the top 2-3 people in your field who are crushing it. - Gain experience by working for them (or beside them) - Spend more time around people who are succeeding. 2) Put yourself out there - consistently - Work for free or for a testimonial for 3 months to get real results. - Over-deliver for your clients, every time - Ask for feedback, note what you learn, keep going - Take small acts of courage daily 3) Think like a 6-figure CEO (no matter how much you're making) - Know your value, and stay true to it. - Hire help as you grow (ideally before burnout). - Vet your team thoroughly, don't rush to hire (but be quick to fire) - Create systems early on to avoid a disorganized business. TL;DR: 3-step process I followed to build a profitable email marketing biz: 1) Learn from the best 2) Put yourself out there, consistently 3) Think like a 6-figure CEO (no matter how much you're making) Nothing worthwhile comes easy, but if you keep going, it will always come. Don't give up. P.S. What's something you did to get out of your own way? #EmailMarketing #Entrepreneurship #Copywriting

3 types of emails that are CRUSHING it right now (especially for coaches): 1. Storymonial Everyone loves a good client transformation. Tell it in the form of a story and you'll have your readers' attention from beginning to end. Here's the framework: - Bold or curiosity-piquing hook - Before transformation (what problem were they struggling with?) - What happened (how did you solve their problem? What did the client change?) - The aftermath (where they are now - the results) Social proof + solid storytelling = insane engagement (and conversions) 2. The Mind Reader (aka "objection handler") Address your prospects' objections before they come up - aka read their mind. The most common objections are: Price (I can't afford this) Time (I don't have the time) Trust (It won't work for me) If you can address these objections head-on in your email & overcome them, people will be wayyyy more likely to book that call or enroll in the course. 3. The WTF Email Ever gotten an email where the subject line made you pause and go… “Wait, what?” You just had to open it to see what it was all about. That’s the magic of the WTF Email. How it works: - Start with a hook or subject line that's totally unexpected - Tell a story that seems like it has nothing to do with your business  (i.e. like that time I accidentally paid €40 for ONE grape in Italy.) - Then tie it back to your message so that it teaches a lesson or drives home a powerful point (i.e. knowing your value and communicating it clearly.) And voila! 3 powerful email frameworks you can use to engage your list anytime and get more interested buyers. They work - give 'em a try. P.S. Need some help writing emails like this that build trust with your audience? DM me "beyond email" and I'll help you out. #EmailMarketing #Copywriting

I had the honor of attending Growth Day LIVE in Austin, TX this past weekend, and wow, was I ACTIVATED! 🔥 I connected with so many beautiful people and walked away with some powerful lessons: 1) You don’t find energy, you GENERATE it. It’s not about that double shot mocha - it's about mastering your emotions. Move, breathe, be grateful, and shift your language. Emotional mastery transforms everything. 2) You don’t have to win every fight, but you do have to fight every fight. Fear is the gateway to courage. Show up, keep moving, and don’t worry about being perfect. Greatness requires persistence. 3) When you share your energy, expect pushback. Not everyone will love your confidence. But don’t let their judgment stop you. Say “Thanks for your input” and keep being YOU. When we build mental toughness, when we CHOOSE to work on ourselves, we can show up so much better in our businesses and for our loved ones. And that's exactly what this event has given me. Thank you #GrowthDay 🙏 Until next year! P.S. That crazy guy on stage is Brendon Burchard - the world's leading high-performance coach (and super cool human). If you haven't heard of him, here's your sign to dive ALL IN. #GrowthMindset #PersonalDevelopment #GrowthDayAustin
