After a decade working on hundreds of social media campaigns, I've seen the way social media can activate the right people at the right time to take the right action in order to make meaningful change. That's why I founded Cause Fokus – an award-winning social media agency that leverages human behavior and psychology to connect with audiences on a deeper level and motivate them toward action. I specialize in social media and thought leadership marketing strategy and have been honored to develop campaigns for U.S. policymakers, government agencies, international NGOs, small businesses, professional athletes, music artists, and various members of Congress. 
 Alway curious and eager to learn something new, I've earned certifications in AI for Marketing (UVA Darden School of Business), Thought Leadership for LinkedIn (LinkedIn Learning), and The Science of Well-Being (Yale). I'm very proud of my Swedish ancestry, so you might hear me talk a lot about quality over quantity, fika (afternoon coffee breaks), and spending lots of time outdoors. It's also why "fokus" is spelled in Swedish. 😉 CASE STUDY: The CEO of a healthcare advocacy foundation came to me with a big problem. His foundation relies heavily on corporate partnerships to fund their programs, but they weren't seeing any new partners coming in through their company's LinkedIn ad campaign. Cold calling wasn’t working well either. They were ready to try something different. Our approach: We activated the Chief Development Officer’s personal LinkedIn account. We posted 3-4 times per week in his own voice speaking directly to the pain points and solutions of their ideal corporate partner. We engaged in conversations on his behalf and sent warm, personal messages to his target list. After 6 months, we saw... - Over 100,000 impressions on his content. - Increased profile views by 508% among decision-makers in his top target industries. - 30% connection acceptance rate. - A major lapsed partner texted him and said: “I love what you’re doing on LinkedIn.
