After nearly a decade working on hundreds of social media campaigns, I've seen the way social media can activate the right people at the right time to take the right action in order to make meaningful change. That's why I founded Cause Fokus – a social media agency that leverages human behavior and psychology to connect with audiences on a deeper level and motivate them toward action. I specialize in social media and thought leadership marketing strategy and have been honored to develop campaigns for U.S. policymakers, government agencies, international NGOs, small businesses, professional athletes, music artists, and various members of Congress. 
 As a part of my commitment to lifelong learning (👋 Enneagram 5) , I've added certifications in AI for Marketing (UVA Darden School of Business), Thought Leadership for LinkedIn (LinkedIn Learning), and The Science of Well-Being (Yale). p.s. I'm very proud of my Swedish ancestry, which is why I chose to bring Scandinavian elements into my business – from the daily routine of afternoon coffee to the name “fokus” being spelled in Swedish. 😉 SUCCESS STORY: The CEO of a healthcare advocacy foundation came to me with a big problem.
