Here’s how I completely shifted my linkedin strategy (and what it did for for me):

1- I promoted myself more. 

This year has been insane for client wins. I helped business owners who are way ahead of me make Linkedin their cash printer… I got more confident in sharing my case studies & client insights. But this isn‘t the main reason why I got more leads.

2 - It’s my methods. Look when you do educational stuff you attract the masses. Yes, my ego loves the engagement but my heart values my client interactions more. I presented my methods and frameworks and backed them up with client results.

Now we get to my fav point.

1. I want to reach the right people. I’m not  scared of being savoured. And seen. In fact I love being seen on Linkedin.

Allow yourself to be seen. I know your subconcious thinks its unsafe & wants to make yourself small.

I‘ve been in Seoul for the past 10 days.

Juggling too much kimchi, matcha, and hikes under cherry blossoms while keeping on top of my inbounds. 💌

This trip has been a real eye opener and got me out of a huge rut l've been going through for the past few months. Feels great. 

It made me appreciate + allow myself to have FUN + bring more playfulness into my bizz.

I built an internet career … having income detached from hours. I‘m still miles away from where I want to be. 

But being able to hop off to a culture so far away from mine on a random Wednesday afternoon… I wouldn‘t trade this for the world.

Take control of your attention, unf$$$ yourself first, and allow your brain some breathing room.

This is your soft reminder to spread your wings and…

Keep your business simple so you can enjoy more of your life outside of business.

You got this.

People can sniff your energy.

And it‘s the reason why you don‘t ‘pop off’.

Nobody ever talks about this.

When you subconsciously believe: 

"It's not safe to be seen”

You feel: fear, small, self doubt.

Your energy field collapses.

You show up inauthentically, copy other people, become 
obsessed with researching, show up inconsistently, hide, 
resent what you're doing.

You don't grow and thus prove to yourself that it's not safe to be seen.

I know our brains are designed to keep us safe by keeping us in the pack.

But social media doesn’t work that way.

So that feeling of cringe and making yourself shrink...that’s our brains keeping us safe from risk or threat (of judgement.)

This happened to a client of mine.

She was bada$$ CEO who grew and engineering team of 20 and

added $2.5M in revenue in > 6 months.

She stood for her high ambitions.

Some didn‘t like it. 

But her techniques made the unthinkable happen.

15 years into her career she decided to leave. 

Start her own thing.

That‘s when she called me in.

On screen her face would light up.

I could listen to her for hours…

But when it came to wording her stories…. she quit.

She would tell me to „tone it down“, 

and never ended up posting it.

Today I know she subconsciously 

believed she wasn’t worthy of feeling seen.

Most agencies and consultants that brand 

people don’t understand this:

You can post any story you like…

but if you don‘t feel ‚safe’ to be seen - 

those eyeballs won‘t convert.

You have to get off the fence...

Stand for something. 

Let it Rip. Speak less mimetically.

Show the world WHY YOU.

Because while sitting on the fence is comfy,

it's equally as comfy for your audience.

& if you have a comfy audience...

You have a big 🍑 sales problem.

What I love most about running my writing bizness from Bangkok:

The natural hustle of the city.

Where I’m from most people are employed and self employment isn’t as ‘visible’. 

As a solopreneur you feel like you’re still part of that collective hamster wheel.

But here in BKK you see families operating their biznesses together. 

Whether that’s real estate, bike shops, fruit and roti stalls. 

In fact most award winning street food kitchen started as street food stalls. 

You’re naturally inspired by the grind of the city. 

When we immerse ourselves in our environment, 

We choose the experiences that create us. 

And I mean come on.. I can get organic mango around the clock, just 5 min from my apartment.

Some people need peace to create. 

But I love the hustle & grind and its why I’m at my best when I’m back here. 

Where do you go to create? ✍️

Most Founders don‘t fully grasp the true currency of sharing your story.

- The currency of influence (no intros needed, direct leverage)

- The currency of time (opens new doors for you, instant shift)

You’ve probably seen this dozens of times where people say:

“…Sharing all the things I’m learning along the way” in their headline.

It sounds off to me. 

It’s giving me ‘beginner who doesn’t know what their worth’ type of energy. 

Straight up.

Would you buy from someone with a headline like that?

I mean …

There are many things in this world that humans struggle with.

One of the most expensive ones is uncertainty.

As a creator you’re leading people. 

You need to embody your mission.

You have to be comfortable to lead. 

We buy from people who have figured out their methods.

We want their expertise. Their experience. 

Don’t share what you’re learning.

Share how you’re guiding us to our biggest pursuit.

Do you agree?

A client went head-to-head against an industry giant.

He competed for a major ‚disruptive’ project (his words).

But then the project fell through.

Haaang on, this ain't a sad story.

One of the projects’ directors closely followed my clients posts. 

Back then his posts averaged no more than 20-30 likes ….

But they defined his competitive edge 

and positioned himself as the unique, 

must-have solution. 

Weeks later they cross paths at a company conference ... and he suggests something
BOLD -

A referal.

Another project.

A new partnership.

Some would say it was a Halo effect.

Which came out on top.

But that Halo effect brought home $100k
that day.

This story just goes to show...

Creating on Linkedin gives you optionality.

It's more than a funnel,
it gives you a platform to reposition your product.
