An important part of the job was to define the sales strategy and KPI's with Matthieu Colombel and to increase revenue, adoption and consumption of Motion Design with a positive and forward-looking mindset.

On a daily basis my job requires holding sales calls, onsite customer meetings and deal negotiations from SMB to Enterprise. I managed a constant sales pipeline of 350k€. Increase in turnover of 75% in two years. 

I had the pleasure of working with a very talented team and over 50 clients with interesting issues (Colas, OVH, Asmodée, L'Oréal, Gautier, The Links, etc.)

My time was divided between 2 jobs : 1/ creating from scratch board games and selling them via crowdfunding (community management, marketing, communication, pricing, production, etc.) and 2/ game design consulting missions for big brands like Asmodée Digital, Blizzard, etc. generating €110k of revenue per year. 

In 2018-2019, as a sales consultant for Reed Expositions France, I was managing the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and upselling for a gaming exhibition. In a few months, I generated more than €80k in turnover with the sale of spaces and services for clients such as Capcom, Sony Interactive, Playstation, Asmodée, etc.

I had the amazing opportunity to work hands with Ismael El-Hakim and Bruno Luriot. We consulted with organizations’ multi-level leaders to better understand their needs and correlated the best ways for meeting them. 

I was responsible for the new business development of the agency for the French market with the acquisition of clients such as Asmodée, Ubisoft Mobile, Martell or Sony Pictures.

Information of the utmost importance: I also met my amazing wife during this year :)

50% of my time was spent developing the growth and development of sales of the audiovisual studio. In my time as Sales Manager I was able to generate €1,8M in pipeline, which led to approx. €210k annual turnover with an average increase of 15% per year.

The other 50% was spent at managing teams of up to 10 freelancers responsible for providing advertising campaigns and branded content for mid-sized businesses and large companies such as L’Oréal, Carrefour, Accor or Martell.

In 2014, with my cofounder Julien Gripon, we also launched a new website and refreshed brand in a few weeks (all in-house).

It was a very rich entrepreneurial learning experience.

With Foulques Jubert and Romain Corraze, we had the crazy dream of participating in more than 20 electronic music festivals in nearly 15 countries around the world. 

We achieved this crazy dream by raising over €250k from media partners (TV, magazines, websites), sponsors and institutions. Plus by organizing more than 20 festive shows in Paris with budgets of 15-40k€ per event (music programming, venue, teams, security, communication, etc.).

It was crazy! A unique and humanly rich experience.
