Hello, I'm Zack Deris, the Founder & CEO of ZDTS, a leading growth, marketing, and sales training agency recognized for excellence on the LinkedIn platform.

In reality, I am so much more than that. That's just the bassline.

Growing up, I've always struggled with fitting into work environments.

One of my biggest struggles was my ADHD & my speech impediment.

It was tough to find:

-An environment where I could feel appreciated.
-A company that would appreciate me.
-A company that would understand me.

This was a core factor in deciding to start my own business.

I thought, if I can't be respected elsewhere, I'll create the respect myself.

A lot of neurodiverse and disabled people feel the same way.

They could be:

-Generating the most revenue
-The most creative employee
-Achieve the most results
-Crushing it at work

But because they're different, and the employers don't adapt, they'll feel left out.

So when I started my business, I aimed to use my skills for good.

I knew I wasn't the only one who felt left out at work.

Therefore, I challenged myself to find a way to help others in my position.

For the past 6 years, I've been looking for a client with whom I can make positive change.

I manifested this so much that the world heard my calling 6 months ago.

Enter the wonderful and magnificent Cressida Stephenson.

To say Cressida is a UNICORN is a massive understatement.

She has a lifelong mission of making EVERYONE feel included at work.

Only 0.3571% of the 5.6 Million employers in the UK are registered as “Disability Confident”.

One of the biggest challenges employers face is attracting diverse talent.

Unfortunately, many highly skilled candidates fail to make it through the application and interviewing processes.

This could be because: 

-Your application process isn’t accessible or inclusive
-You’re not a ‘disability-confident’ employer
-You are not using inclusive and accessible interviewing best practice

You’re missing out on some of the best talent by not implementing the right Inclusive recruitment strategies. 

-As of October 2023, there are around 5.6 million private-sector businesses
-Total SME employment in 2023 was 16.7 million (around 61% of all private sector jobs).
-The UK's 7,960 large firms (250+ employees) accounted for just under half (47%) of the overall earnings.

Shockingly enough, only 20,000 UK businesses are registered on the Disability Confident Scheme. 

This is less than 0.36% of all UK businesses registered as ‘Disability Confident Employers’.

Disability Confident is a UK government scheme aimed at encouraging employers to recruit, retain, and support disabled employees.

The scheme offers three levels of accreditation—Committed, Employer, and Leader—each representing a different stage of commitment and progression in disability inclusion practices.

Participating employers receive resources, training, and guidance to help them become more inclusive workplaces for people with disabilities.

Disability Confident aims to challenge attitudes, remove barriers, and ensure that disabled individuals have the same opportunities as everyone else in the workforce.

While participation is voluntary, many employers see it as an opportunity to enhance their diversity and inclusion strategies, improve their reputation, and access a wider talent pool.

By joining the UK’s “Disability Confident Scheme”, your business can: 

-Gain access to a diverse talent pool
-Increase your innovation and productivity
-Boost morale and employee engagement
-Build compliance with disability equality laws
-Enhance your reputation, both internally and externally

As someone who is incredibly passionate about improving access to opportunity for all underrepresented groups within UK businesses, I want to spread awareness about this scheme and the benefits it can have for your business. 

Therefore, starting this Thursday, I’ll be hosting a complimentary ‘’Inclusive Recruitment Strategies workshop’’. 

In this workshop, we will cover:

I've developed a system to completely automate every single prospecting activity. 

1. Identifying your prospect
2. Gathering their data 
3. Emailing 
4. Engaging 
5. Connecting 
6. Qualifying 
7. Following up
8. Booking a meeting

These 8 steps usually take 47 minutes per lead. 

From testing 18 leads, I've booked 6 qualified prospects for next week.

The total process took me less than 30 minutes. 

It's in beta mode, but I'm happy to share my process.

We've come a long way as a society, yet, some issues have not changed.

As a disabled Entrepreneur, I feel the urge to stand up and make a change.

There are many biases when it comes to hiring staff across the UK.

Candidates salaries are being determined based on their:

-Gender
-Disability
-Socio economic status

When it should be based on their:

-Skillset
-Potential 
-Work ethic
-Experience
-Competency

To say this is unethical is a massive understatement. 

To solve the biggest problems, you must have the hardest conversations. 

I've witnessed many inspirational and impactful conversations on LinkedIn. 

Therefore, I decided it was time to stand up and start a difficult conversation. 

"Why Employers Should Mind the Disability Gap" is the first in a series focused on change for good.

During this event, we will focus on some important topics:

3 tips for anyone planning rebranding in the new tech space:

1️⃣ Share your brand values with the design agency to allign on goals and communication strategy. Cookie3 emphasized value flow, ecosystem building, and transparency.

Today marks my two-year anniversary at Exclusible. 🎉  It's a great moment for me to pause, reflect, and appreciate the journey that brought me here and the people who made it possible.

It feels like a lifetime ago when I had my first calls with Olivier Moingeon 🔜 GDC and Thibault Launay. They welcomed me into their team during a time when Exclusible was advancing at the speed of light, requiring me to adapt and learn quickly right from the start. And I've never stopped doing that, which is what I'm most grateful for. We've changed a lot and adaptated since then, and so have I. We've had our wins, faced some failures, and made some tough calls, but it's the laughs and good times that really shine through. It is the life of a startup, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the last two years.

I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has been part of Exclusible's journey so far and those who are now part of our amazing team building our vision. We've spent the first part of the year laying the groundwork and preparing exciting projects in the background—stay tuned for what's to come!

Your LinkedIn content should generate 3 things: 

-Impact 
-Loyalty 
-Revenue

This won’t happen if you keep focusing on vanity metrics. 

Stop focusing on: 

-Number of likes 
-Number of reposts 
-Number of comments
-Number of impressions

Start focusing on: 

-Number of profile views 
-The quantity of messages
-Number of connection requests

Why do you think that is? 

I want to make an impact
I want to build relationships 
I want to generate a lot of revenue

Yes, consistency is KEY. 

But consistency is irrelevant if you don’t know what to post.

Here’s my everyday process of crafting content. 

There are 8 content formats available on LinkedIn.

Those who generate the most revenue, impact and loyalty use all of them. 

-Polls
  ↳ fairly new feature - large platform push to first connections 

-Video
  ↳ LinkedIn wants to compete with other video platforms - large reach 

-Image 
  ↳ people love photos - Why do you think Instagram has 2B monthly users? 

-Events
  ↳ best way to interact with an active business focused audience

-Long Text 
  ↳ people love stories… look, you’re reading this aren’t you? 

-Short Text 
  ↳ people have a short attention span - Why do you think X has half a billion monthly active users? 

-Documents 
  ↳ People love to download content and refer to it later, this is great for educating your audience 

-Newsletters
  ↳ AKA super long form content, great way to gaurentee regular engagement with your audience 

Expect from Newsletters, I use all the content formats. 

Why? Not every is going to consume one format. 

I need to spice it up and appeal to everyone.

In addition to the formats, there’s also 6 constant styles to take advantage of: 

-Education 
  ↳People crave knowledge. Everyone knowledge something, share your information. 

-Celebration 
  ↳Celevrating others allows you to leverage their audience, think about that for a minute

-Networking
  ↳Best way to build loyalty. Give opportunities to others within your content and watch your followers scale. 

-Industry 
  ↳Thought leadership is real. More users consumed news content through LinkedIn VS media outlets in 2024. Think about that for a second. 

-Personal
  ↳People want to celebrate your wins and support you through your struggles. Best way to build relationships is by showing them the woman/man behind the business. 

-Entertainment
  ↳We all have a funny bone. If LinkedIn didn’t want you sharing memes they wouldn’t let meme content reach millions of people a day.

Every day you want to use a different content format and style. 

This allows you to appeal to all different types of content consumers. 

People are selective with what they engage in. 

Offering a variety of content lets you stand out and be seen. 

Mix up your content = make an impact 

Educate others = generate revenue 

Provide value =  build loyalty

The darkside of Web3: 

99% of projects are not going to sellout. 

VS 

99% of you think that it will sellout.

So many people have witnessed, Moonbirds, Invisible Friends, World of Women, CryptoPunks, BAYC and many other projects and think... I can do this too. 

You are right, you can do it too. 

But what many people don't seem to get and are still shocked by whenever myself or other advisors tell them.... 

"You have to spent at least 10-20% on marketing of what you expect to earn from the mint

OR have a few million followers

OR access to a few million followers

OR spend 18 hours a day for 5-6 months organically building relationships."

You cannot do this with no budget and no time.

You must be connected and you must be invested in your project. 

You need a team, and then an army and then the right influence. 

You need to be active, doing partnerships, getting people to talk about you on events, spaces, press releases, podcasts and reviews.

You need expert marketers and relationship builders to go out there for hours a day building relationships with people to convince them of all the right reasons why your project is going to be the one they need to INVEST in. 

You need influencers with power that have an army of fans that will trust their judgement and follow their lead to join your community. 

If you don't check these boxes please do not be persuaded to hop on the NFT bandwagon. 

Yes, this industry is amazing. 

Yes, you can become financially free.

Yes, you can build a community. 

But do you have the resources to get you there? 

The sales cycle on NFT growth is quicker than any other market to hit our planet. 

Are you prepared to invest in yourself to have a 80-100% return on investment within a few months? 

#NFT #Truth #Investment.
