Hi, I’m Erica… and I’m a bit of a weir-dough. 🍪 The spark notes: I have a degree in psychology, and was pursuing a career in that field but decided to quit my job to start a food business in 2019 (Bro Dough). Had no experience, just loved baking. This particular product was a protein-infused cookie dough that I used to eat regularly while competing in bodybuilding. Health & fitness was, and always will be, a huge part of my life. I spent 4 years building the business and launched it nation-wide into over 200 stores, and took it to 6 figures with $0 in ad spend, as a solopreneur. I was able to build a community of almost 300k people organically, and learned how to leverage my personal brand through storytelling. In 2024 I realized that the CPG/food space was no longer an industry I wanted to pursue, and decided to shut down the company. Bro Dough helped me discover my true passion; teaching others how to tell their story in an authentic & compelling way. I work with both individuals & companies that want to become thought leaders in their industry while building highly engaged communities. You have a story, and people want to hear it.
