BBE began in 2011 with a focus on B2B language training (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, with minimal resources.  Since then, we have grown to be a sustainable and profitable company, working across Colombia, Peru, Chile, Mexico and Spain. Personally led the market penetration efforts allowing us to go from 0 to 10,000 students taught and over 300,000 hours of class. Managed a multi-cultural and diverse team, with representation of 14 different countries. Key highlights include: 

🌍 Market Growth: Developed go-to-market strategy for ~$50 million B2B market segment, built a cross-functional team of 15+ internal stakeholders and 50+ contractors for service delivery.

🏢 Organizational Leadership: Established 5 operational divisions with clear KPIs and leadership goals. Personally onboarded and mentored eight directors, leading to the recruitment of 500 quality instructors.

🤝 Client Relations: Negotiated 100+ long-term contracts with Fortune 1000 companies in Latin America, consistently achieving a 93% client satisfaction rate.

⚙️ Operational Excellence: Enhanced efficiency by implementing a RevOps infrastructure based around HubSpot a team of 10. Led a 12-member tech squad in crafting proprietary software and an open-source learning platform, applying Agile methodologies.

💼 Financial Stewardship: Oversaw P&L with an average EBITDA of 20%, and provided monthly reports to the board. Managed cash flow and capital operations adeptly.

📞 Business Development: Initiated 100+ RFPs through cold LinkedIn approaches, Colombian networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
