◼️Entered US market in one year, securing listings with 3 top US retailers and generating $
5M revenue in 2023.
◼️Achieved Board consensus to invest €MM in platform technology to optimize productivity and secure an average 9% reduction in COGS across portfolio.
◼️Boosted Amazon channel sales by 108% boost via modernization of marketing content, messaging, photos, keywords, and effective display advertising.
◼️Grew drugstore channel sales by 12%+ through new campaigns and new channel investments.
◼️Secured significant yearly savings and 87% reduction in global SKU complexity.

◼️ Generated $150M in potential revenues by developing and winning Board approval for 3 compelling new digital product and service concepts.

Working in close collaboration with the CMO, I drove operational marketing while supporting the development of world-class marketeers and best-fit marketing tools and processes. Key achievements include:

◼️ Facilitated development of international strategies for six global brands (Neurobion, Bion, Nasivin , Seven Seas, Dolo-Neurobion, and Femibion).
