Hey, I'm Hannah, and I'm passionate about driving positive change within organisations through Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Antiracism initiatives. With experience across industries such as Automotive, Construction, Retail, Financial Services, and Technology, I have worked with various organisations to create decolonised, antiracist, inclusive and equitable environments. I firmly believe that every industry has the potential to be a catalyst for positive change, and I am dedicated to helping organisations tap into that potential. As a co-founder of Project Humanise CIC, our mission is to combat the dehumanisation of marginalised communities impacted by colonisation and systemic injustices. We take a compassionate approach, focusing on wellbeing and trauma-informed intersectionality and supporting organisations to address Islamophobia. My personal experiences and insights shape my work. As someone who identifies with the South Asian, Muslim background within the East African Diaspora, I navigate my journey with ADHD, OCD, Fibromyalgia, Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension, and PCOS. This intersectional perspective allows me to bring a unique lens to my consultancy work. I have had the privilege of delivering impactful keynotes on topics such as intersectional neurodiversity, disability antiracism, and fostering inclusive cultures in the workplace. I have also been featured in Matt Phelan's book, "The Happiness Index Book - Why Today's Emotions Contribute to Tomorrow's Success." My goal is to facilitate meaningful conversations and inspire actionable insights that leave a lasting impact. In my consultancy work, I support corporate clients in integrating antiracism, intersectionality, and into their diversity, inclusion, and strategic initiatives. From developing policies to address systemic racism to conducting bias training and promoting inclusive hiring practices, I help organisations create environments where everyone feels valued and respected. Advocating for neurodivergent individuals, especially those of the Global Majority, is a priority for me. I believe in fostering a more inclusive and equitable space for those who are often marginalised and helping organisations to think outside the box. Let's connect and make a difference together.
