Goal: Develop a Tell-A-Friend Campaign

Our team prepared a comprehensive Marketing Strategy to help organizations such as Mosaic and S.U.C.C.E.S.S. to reach out to the settling immigrants in the Greater Vancouver Area. In the strategy, we used social mapping techniques to increase the local searchability of the program while educating the non-immigrant population about their benefits. 

• Worked closely with MOSAIC, the City of Vancouver and City Studio to develop a marketing strategy and implementation plan for the pilot project Tell-A-Friend
• Provided the final report, including practical recommendations and an operational plan, e.g. the budget, staff and volunteer resources 
• Given a comprehensive presentation of a report and the project plan to VIP Coordinator and Social Planner Nadia Carvalho, who invited our team to present the work at the VIP Annual Town Hall Event
