My goal with Extra Life is to inspire afflicted and troubled children through the impact of popular culture I will showcase legacy games with veteran knowledge, skill and charisma! Jae Hun Kim Taekwon-do Institute

Mounting up my martial arts pathway in 2015, I began training at Jae Hun Kim TaeKwon-Do Institute, the headquarters of a global TaeKwon Do chain. Grandmaster Kim is a world-respected martial arts icon whose daily teachings and invaluable training distinguish his brand as one sought by students and professionals across the world to his Boston school. For over four years, I have trained diligently under Mr. Kim's mentorship as well as heavily contribute his TaeKwon Do community, instructing younger peers and beginning members in color belt forms and techniques that practice regularly. Our martial arts community is titanically strong and extremely united by Grandmaster Kim's family mindset towards instructors and students. Jae Hun Kim TaeKwon Do has ingrained my martial arts education in lifelong cherished values such as discipline, etiquette, courtesy, integrity and ethical self-conduct. In 2019, my four years of perseverance, precision and tenacious fighting skills were examined in my test for first degree. I am now a fully developed First Degree BlackBelt, recognized by Grandmaster Kim and The Kukiwon TaeKwon Do Federation. I continue training near or far from my Martial Arts home with the memories and wisdom instilled in my goal towards self-betterment.

MUJI is the revolutionary Japanese home goods store in the minimalist market. Its name comes from Mujirushi Ryohin (meaning "No Brand Quality Goods"). As a brandless company selling non branded products, MUJI thrives on its enlightening philosophy to simply satisfy customers with products that are aesthetic and untouched by encompassing brand names. Because I have a strong travel background, I manage MUJI to Go, the store's travel section.

The weekly Program on US Japan relations is attended by distinguished oversea guests and scholars who investigate the social, political, economic innovations between Western and Eastern society and how certain authoritative decisions effect both sides.

Anime Boston

Anime Boston allows me to combine my interest in pop culture with productive and professional contributions to New England's biggest anime convention.  Anime Boston also requires crowd-managment certification. I have immense experience preparing for conventions and grow constantly aware of overpopulating attendance. With this awareness in mind, I display active resiliency by managing heavy crowds with a concise focus to solve problems. I see Anime Boston each year as a unique privilege to be a welcoming example to our international industry clients.

My time invested at the Showa Boston Institute is a privilege. At Showa, I not only study Japanese, but am offered the opportunity to connect with its international students. As a member of Showa's Friendship Circle Program, I provide Japanese exchange students with assistance in learning and experiencing American Culture. I guide students around Boston while setting a kind, welcoming example for foreign students coming to America.

I host a weekly show called, Admission to Dysfunction which covers genres from classic rock to video game music, occasionally hosting special guests to talk about music theory or social justice. Admission to Dysfunction is entirely prerecorded and self-produced with the use of Protools for authentic broadcasting. Northeastern's radio station keeps me on the move and committed experience with media. My first day started off assisting guest bands by carrying their equipment, and observing their concert on stage crew.

I seek to instill powerful messaging to audiences worldwide. I care immensely about diversity, understanding that the many voices out there need to be heard, purposely, professionally and in the business of entertainment. I have been vastly exposed to global travel, indulge in popular culture and have utilized ethics and integrity deep in the field of customer service. 

I make it my goal to impart profound messaging in our generation of storytelling through writing and marketing to encourage personal growth in children and young adults. I have chronicled my work performance below this summary.
