I analyzed tons of failed outbound campaigns last quarter from GTMEs.

The results shocked me.

Only approx 20% failed because of bad copy.

I dive into every onboarding document like I'm investigating a crime scene.

Not scanning. Dissecting.

→ What keeps them awake at 3 AM?
→ What industry frustrations make them want to quit?
→ Who are they tired of hearing the same generic pitch from?
→ What language do they actually use when describing their pain?

This isn't market research. This is psychological profiling.


THE SALES ARGUMENT ARCHITECTURE

From that detective work comes the foundation: a sales argument document that cuts through noise.

Not features and benefits. Not "we help companies like yours."

Pure conversion psychology.

Every angle tested against real pain points.

Every message crafted to trigger genuine "finally, someone gets it" moments.

This document becomes our North Star. Everything else flows from here.


THE PRECISION LIST BUILDING

Now here's where most teams grab the nearest database and spray and pray.

Wrong move.
