Here's my 4-step process


1) Outbound (40% of my leads)

I start 30 new chats daily with anyone who

→ Views my profile
→ Sends me a connection
→ Opts in for me lead magnet

I send hyper-personalised and relevant messages

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘓𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘦𝘥𝘐𝘯?

(I get 90% acceptance rate)

→ I then qualify people HARD by asking
→ 3-4 "peeling back the onion" questions
→ Which can take from 1 day - 3 months

If they are a good fit, I'll say

"𝘈𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴?"

If yes, we lock in a meeting.


2) My Inbound (60% of my leads)

I use a single 3-step VSL funnel on my profile

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 - A landing page with headline + sub headline with 145-minute VSL and 1 CTA

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 - When you click the "Interested? Chat With Matt" it goes to the form to enter details

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 -  Then finally it goes to the Calendar link which only allows you to book 3 days out


3) Pre Meeting

→ Before chatting I ask the prospect to
→ Watch the 23 min pre-chat video and
→ Fill out 8 questions of detail about them

This primes them for the chat and
→ Helps me understand their biz

And most importantly, if I can help them...


4) My WhatsApp DM Sales Process

I run a 45 min chat

→ The agenda is to ask questions
→ To see if they might be a good fit
→ And if they are I'll make them an offer

When making the offer, I send the offer doc
And if they think it's a fit I'll give a special offer.

About 60% join instantly.

→ Sometimes they have more questions
→ And if they do we lock in another chat
→ Because I don't want to pressure anyone.

I only want a "Hell Yeahs!" joining our program.
