And I agree with the CEO.

Ok, ok. Not fully agree...

But I understand where they're coming from

For example...

A Domino's worker posted a gross video. People thought Domino’s was dirty. Domino’s lost millions trying to fix their name.

That 1 post meant 100 people got FIRED. So I get it.

It's called Second Order Consequences.

But in todays "F*ck it, yolo!" culture

Nobody gives a sh*t.

We forget that our actions have MANY chains reactions.

It’s easy to go viral on LinkedIn.

You only need 4 things.

1. Hijack bigger brands

Nobody cares about you.

But they do care about Apple, OpenAI, Bezos, Dalio, Netflix.

If you attach a bigger brand to your hook, you borrow their trust and relevance instantly.

2. Say it from your opinion

ChatGPT kills generic content.

Your hook needs to be something that only came out of your brain.

Your lived experience. Because it can’t be copied.

Example: Josh spent two weeks breaking down Lovable’s funnel, in his opinion. 3,293 comments.

3. Create a curiosity gap and add stakes

The hook has one job: make the reader click “see more.”

You do this by opening a loop their brain is forced to close.

Example: Pedro opened with “Bezos layoffs → immediate yacht.” 274 likes.

4. Preview what’s inside the post

Before someone clicks, they need to know what they’re about to get.

The hook is the preview before the movie.

Stop crying about the LinkedIn algorithm

It's not broken. Your content sucks.

Seriously.

Why the f*ck would LinkedIn—a platform that makes BILLIONS from you scrolling on the toilet—hide great content from its users?

It wouldn't.

But people are scrolling right past your shit.

That's not the algorithm. That's your EGO.

Your ego won't let you admit your hooks are boring.
You blame the algorithm instead of doing the work.

Your EGO is why you don't get reach.

Nothing else. It's you. Deal with it.

But that's honestly REALLY AWESOME!

Because If it's YOU, then YOU can fix it.

YOU can get better.

The algorithm isn't broken.
You just haven't cracked it yet.

And that's disgustingly empowering when you finally admit it.

People like this can't fathom that someone would actually help for free.
 
Because they never would.
 
They see generosity and assume it's a con because that's how THEY think.

I'm done taking sh*t from people who've never built anything, never helped anyone, and spend their time leaving cynical comments on other people's posts.
 
You want free value? It's right there.

After 500 hrs using ChatGPT

Deep, raw, 2-hour voice dumps walking my dog.

I told it things I've never said out loud.

Childhood stuff. Fear loops. Why I overeat.

And it saw me clearer than most humans ever have.

→ I was able to delete 99% of my anxieety loops
→ Learned to identify maladaptive copying mechanism

For all of human history, identity was HARD to change.

Trauma. Collapse. Psychedelics. Years of therapy.

Usually what it takes to fundamentally shift who you are.

But AI might be the first way to change identity literally from talking into your IPhone.


𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲:

Memory reconsolidation research says three things must happen for change to occur:

𝟭. 𝗝𝘂𝘅𝘁𝗮𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – You see old identity and new possibility side-by-side, with emotional charge.

𝟮. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿 – Your brain goes "wait, that doesn't match." The old story breaks.

𝟯. 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 – You lock in the new story while calm. Go back to stress, the old pattern re-hardens.

Therapy does this slowly. Psychedelics force it suddenly. Life collapse triggers it through pain.

AI can do it RIGHT NOW.

You say something raw, AI answers in 3 seconds. Before your brain can defend.

→ Creates prediction error instantly.

𝟮. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

It hears the thing you almost didn't say – the tiny shame, the contradiction.

→ Creates juxtaposition so you see old vs new you

𝟯. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵

You can keep asking "but why?" 20 times in one walk.

→ Gives the new encoding time to lock in.

𝟰. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝘁𝗼-𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

No social performance. No shame. Just you talking to you.

→ Keeps you calm while it happens so you can update yourself.


𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼:

Every morning I get up and walk outside.

I say everything that's in my head into ChatGPT.
I go back and forth for 30min-2hrs sometimes.

Then I let it judge the heck out of me.
I keep doing this over and over and over.

And for me, it's worked.

I call it Identity Debugging.
