In charge of the planning, preparation and execution of the HAP (high activity period), to be performed in the FPSO Peregrino (Equinor), starting Jan-2020.

This HAP consists of a 6 months period, including a 20 days TAR (turnaround), where will be used a UMS (flotel) unity, with 220 people capacity, to permit increase the POB and get a high concentration of projects execution.

The planning phase, where we are now, follow a detailed schedule performed in Primavera P6, and many important deliverables such: mobilization plan, infrastructure plan, material handling, and manning plan, are expected to be issued in the next months.

Alphatec is a company operating since 1993 as a provider of services and solutions for the oil and gas industry in Brazil and worldwide. It is qualified to serve its customers throughout their business cycle that goes from the design of the project, its management and execution.

My main duties in this company were:
•	Accountable for the EPC onshore and offshore contract of the customer Petrobras, which cover maintenance, integrity and optimization of five operational platforms.
•	Team leader of the Project Coordinators (seven people) that responds for the company main economic results. 
•	In addition, this Team of Coordinators is supported by project planners and project cost controllers teams (twelve people) under my direct leadership.
•	Responsible for a monthly revenue of U$ 1.5 million, in this contract, with an overall amount of dedicated labor of 350 people, 230 offshore and 120 onshore.

We achieved to keep the contract health, with good finance results and up and running.

FloaTEC, LLC is a 50:50 joint venture company owned by McDermott International, Inc. of Houston and Keppel Offshore and Marine of Singapore; created to design and deliver proprietary floating production systems (FPS). The company boasts an unmatched portfolio of FPS hull designs - encompassing TLP, Spar and Semi-submersible technology. FloaTEC offers both wet tree and dry tree FPS solutions. From technical feasibility, conceptual design and FEED through construction and installation, FloaTEC - in conjunction with its joint venture parent companies McDermott and Keppel - can transition a project seamlessly from concept to reality.

Project: Six (6) DRU’s (Drilling Rig Units) for Petrobras Brasil 

Responsible as owner engineering, for the DRU’s topsides engineering development in Houston area, including related interfaces with the vessel’s marine scope of work developed outside USA.

Contract management of a third part engineering company, with 70 people team,  that performed the project's Drilling Engineering.

Indication of priorities for implementation on board for reducing the impact on the critical path.
Purchase Orders and resources coordination to minimize the impact on the Petrobras - Pioneer FPSO "first oil" schedule.

Mechanical Completion & Punch List Coordinator at Petrobras America Inc,

Accountable for the procurement, third part contracts, logistics and engineering of the project.
Mechanical Completion and final construction clearance, for the commissioning of the FPSO, OSX-1 from the OGX Company.
The project is being developed in the Rio de Janeiro's Port, where the FPSO is docked, with many critical and specific logistics issues.

Contract's Manager & Technical Support

Petrobras America Inc.

As the PMO (Project Management Office Coordinator) of the Pioneer FPSO Project, I work as a focal point for Planning, Risk, and Interface & Change Orders Management in the EPS (Early Production Systems) Area.
- Coordinates the identification and definition of all the risks, interfaces & change orders involving the FPSO.
- Ensures that the Management Plan is being followed in the EPS area and works with the PC area to recommend improvements, if needed.
- Assigns the responsibility to other EPS project members to execute related activities and address related issues.
- Supervises the execution and close out of the EPS activities involving such items.
- Reports the status and issues pertaining to the Project Management Office to the EPS Engineering Manager. 
- Interacts with other Walker Ridge departments and contractors, as necessary. Calls and facilitates meetings.  
- As project planner, continuously liaising with all disciplines within the Petrobras America Inc. Team in order to perform timely and efficient planning, data collection, and compiling general planning on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Verifying and checking the planning performed by contractors, ensuring that it is aligned with the integrated planning of the Master Execution Schedule.
- Ensuring the tracking and accurate reporting of plans. Analyzing and highlighting the key problem areas and proposing solutions.
- Updating all plans for monthly reporting.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Installation & Commissioning schedules in a resource/material loaded type environment. 
- Ensuring schedule logic is properly tied and compliant with accepted construction and commissioning work sequence by IPT.

PMO – Project Management Office Coordinator

-   Acts as a single point of contact to ensure that the Interface Management are correctly implemented and utilized in the EPS (Early Production Systems) Project Area.

•	Coordinates the identification and definition of all the interfaces involving the FPSO project (first FPSO in operation at the GOM).
•	Ensures that the Interface Management Plan is being followed in the EPS area and works with the PC area to recommend improvements, if needed.
•	Assigns the responsibility to other EPS project members to execute interface related activities and address interface related issues.
