Last week, my journey took me to be part of the world's largest sustainability event: #CHANGENOW2024. Between learnings and encounters, here are some reflections: 
 
🌍 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: 
Europe is setting the pace towards sustainability with striking clarity. The way they're laying out guidelines for governments, corporations, and civil society is a blueprint to follow. These three days made it clear that we're racing against time, but together we can speed up the change. 
 
🌱 The Latin Presence: 
Although modest, the Latin American presence was noticeable, particularly with the Brazilian delegation that I was part of. Yet, it's evident that we need to amplify our voice and participation in these global conversations. 
 
💼 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗠: 
I discovered nearly $1 billion in funds at the event, looking to invest in companies that contribute to saving our planet. The opportunity for Latin American entrepreneurs and corporations to connect with these resources is gigantic. 
 
🤝 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 
There are Latin American talents spread across Europe, working in sustainability in isolation. There's a vast space to join those dots and forge strategic alliances between LATAM and Europe. 
 
💡 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 
As a tech professional landing in sustainability, I see unlimited potential in connecting both worlds. There's a "Win Win Win" waiting if we unite technologies, business models, and key players.

WOW, well this video was one of the most shocking that I saw in a long time. We heard about AI and the potential uses it can be used. Seen Reid literally have their digital clone with such an impressive quality, having Reid in 100 meetings at the same time, while he is focusing on creating the next big thing! The technology always create huge changes, it depends on what we decide to do with that. This off course is a little scary, but that will not change that it exists and will depend on us on how us entrepreneurs or individuals can leverage to make things happen. #ai #digitalclone #reidhoffman
