Hi, I'm Shagun, a Health and lifestyle blogger, Host of 'Shaggy Talks' podcast and founder of 'Shaggy Writes'. 

I strongly believe that when one follows his passion, it is a great recipe for career success. 

I love to explore things about health and lifestyle. I enjoy using my skills to contribute to a healthy lifestyle. I believe that better health can be acquired through better living. 

Though I am a big foodie and I am always curious to try new recipes. Whatever recipes I love of my mom I pen down in my blog. 

I am also a fitness freak and believes in doing exercises, Yoga asanas and various other aerobic exercises every single day.

Mental peace is more important than creativity and time when you sit to create content. Sitting in front of screen with the motive to create and work without mental peace just feels empty, feels like something is missing. 

Mental Peace+Creative idea+Time= Cherry on the cake ✨

In life, everything is uncertain. 

But, I guess that's what makes it beautiful and surreal ♥️

'HOPE' isn't only a simple word, trust me it's magic, pure magic which changes everything around🌻

The best thing I have observed about great poets is that they allow themselves to express their emotions and feelings in a very raw form without any restrictions✨

No matter what, even if you spend just 2-3 minutes daily in a room full of people who aren’t growth-minded, you absorb that energy. You might not realise it, but it stays with you and slowly starts affecting you.

It’s just like a jelly, wherever you let it set, it takes that shape. 

In the same way, the environment you sit in shapes your mindset. 

Choosing the spaces that help you grow into who you’re meant to become is far better than the spaces that just mould you to fit in 🌻
