I am primarily responsible for design, project management and delivery of large scale events, such as internal conferences and meetings across all modalities (virtual, hybrid and face to face).

I still need a lot of support from the adjacent wall and even more support from my fitness coach, Ladislava Jeřábková.

Ladislava is there for me to support me physically, but more importantly she is is helping me to see what I cannot see myself: 
I am too invested in my drama of not falling on my face to notice how I am making things harder than they need to be.

My coach is there to provide the much needed outside perspective. She tells me when I am leaning on one side (which is often) or bending my body like a banana (which is all the time).

Bottom line:
Having a coach on your side is a big plus.
