TeleICU program manager. Accomplishments: Collaboratively Launched TeleICU monitoring to the first two non-St.Luke's community partners, leadership restructuring including hiring, training, mentoring for new nursing supervisor roles. Supporting implementation of mSL (EPIC EMR) go-live and its technical integration into the TeleICU software and clinical workflow. Additionally Served as Interim Operations Manager for the system shared service, Transfer Center.

Clinical Operations Manager-Telehealth

Operations Director for eICU program(114 monitored ICU beds), collaboration with 5 hospitals, system councils, and site leadership teams to incorporate proactive virtual monitoring into their ICU care model.
Acting Sepsis coordinator for all sites utilizing  eRN team as real time support for Code Sepsis. Involved live and retrospective data collection on Sepsis bundle compliance, and data driven presentations/transparency of "opportunities for improvement"  to influence improved compliance. Program resulted in marked reduction in mortality and decreased progression to shock.

Operations Director eICU-Baptist Health System

"Electronic" Critical Care RN. Remote monitoring and bedside virtual support using Philips eCM platform and advanced clinical judgement and proactive critical thinking to improve patient outcomes. Monitored up to 50 ICU patients across 5 hospital. Worked directly with eMD Intensivists by notifying of early deterioration, status changes, and communicating  orders and plan of care changes to bedside care team.
