Appointed to lead the commercial strategy across hVIVO Group’s six specialized brands:

hVIVO – Human challenge trials for infectious and respiratory diseases
Venn Life Sciences – Drug development and regulatory consulting
CRS Clinical Research Services – Early-phase and special population trials
hLAB – Biomarker, virology, and immunology laboratory services
FluCamp – Volunteer recruitment and screening for clinical studies
CryoStore – Biostorage solutions and clinical trial logistics

My focus has been on aligning commercial efforts, unlocking cross-brand synergies, and delivering integrated, end-to-end solutions across the clinical development spectrum — from first-in-human studies through to regulatory success.

I also served as Integration Lead for CRS, embedding the organization within the broader hVIVO Group to ensure strategic alignment, operational cohesion, and shared growth.

Working closely with biotech and pharma clients, my goal has been to position hVIVO Group as a high-impact, science-led partner that accelerates development timelines while safeguarding quality and patient safety.

CRS Clinical Research Services

As Chief Commercial Officer of CRS Clinical Research Services, a leading full-service CRO specializing in early-phase and special population trials, I spearheaded global commercial strategy and business development efforts that directly contributed to the company’s acquisition by hVIVO plc (London Stock Exchange: HVO).

Leading a cross-functional international team across Business Development, Inside Sales, and Marketing, I drove revenue growth, expanded key client partnerships, and positioned CRS as a strategic asset—culminating in its successful acquisition. The transaction validated CRS’s leadership in Phase I FIM and complex patient populations, while enabling hVIVO to enhance its European footprint and early-stage clinical trial capabilities.

This milestone underscored our ability to deliver scalable value, accelerate market expansion, and attract strategic investment—further solidifying CRS’s legacy in the CRO space.

Stepping into the role of Chief Commercial Officer at CRS Clinical Research Services, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) renowned for its 40-year expertise in early-phase clinical trials my mandate is focused on shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering growth across the global markets. 

As a member of the newly formed CRS management team, I lead a multifaceted international team dedicated to Business Development, Inside Sales, BD Support, and Marketing & Communications.

Labcorp Drug Development

As a Sales Leader at Labcorp, I oversaw the southern Europe biotech sales for the Central Laboratory division. My primary goal was to drive growth and success in the biotech space in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. As a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, I worked as an individual contributor, responsible for developing and executing global commercial strategies for one of our key pharma partners in both Europe and the US. I focused on implementing retention and growth initiatives, driving continuous process improvement, and identifying new opportunities to create mutual value for both partners.

As an International BDD for Worldwide Clinical Trials, I successfully penetrated several mid-size and emerging pharmaceutical accounts across six different countries, including Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Israel. My work focused on promoting therapeutic solutions across a wide range of specialties, including oncology, rare diseases, and cardiovascular and central nervous system clinical trial research.

In this role, I developed and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, through targeted sales initiatives and effective communication, I was able to build a solid pipeline of business opportunities, resulting in significant revenue growth.
