🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mind, even when I was just a little girl. At the age of 3, I was the unofficial broom sales rep to any house guest who'd listen. By 7, I was investing my allowance in bulk candy to sell outside our home in Mexico. By 10, I was the go-to dog sitter in our neighborhood in Rome and by 12, I was baking and selling birthday cakes. ⏩ Fast forward to today, and I’ve spent over twenty years in the life sciences industry, leading teams and making strong business connections. It turns out, those early days of selling were great practice for building relationships and understanding different cultures. I work closely with clients and my team, focusing on practical training that enhances our collective performance and brings out each individual’s best. My aim is to steer the team toward success with strategies that seamlessly align with our company’s objectives, fostering a culture of continuous advancement. And through it all, I keep that childhood passion for sales burning bright and keep having fun in the process because life is too short to take oneself too seriously. 🚀 In the course of my entrepreneurial adventures, here’s a snapshot of my additional pursuits: ⚬ Female Leadership Educational Program: As the Course Creator for the Advanced Applied Coaching Skills Female Leadership Program in collaboration with Noble Manhattan, I've designed a curriculum that reflects the leadership development journey I envisioned for myself, focusing on practical skills and the creation of a vibrant community of aspiring women leaders. ⚬ Workshops & Training Facilitator: I collaborate adhoc with Business Schools and Corporations to conduct workshops on LinkedIn™️ Social Selling, Personal Branding, and effective Networking & Influencing. I also focus on enhancing Contract & Promotion Negotiation Skills and strategies for excelling in the first 90 days of new roles, providing professionals with the tools they need to climb the career ladder. ⚬ NoGap: I run a negotiation boutique that empowers women to assert their worth in the business world, whether in salary negotiations, promotions, or career transitions. ⚬ Founder of Chili Pink: I assist companies in adopting innovative Social Selling techniques on LinkedIn™️, creating genuine network connections that boost their industry presence and generate leads. I’m a globe-trotting, Swiss-Mexican-German living near the Geneva area. I’m all about personal growth and have a passion for the great outdoors—especially those stunning Swiss peaks that just take your breath away! 🏔️✨
