🙋🏻♀️ I've had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. At 3, I was selling brooms to house guests, and by 12, I was baking and selling birthday cakes. ⏩ Fast forward to today, I'm the CCO of CRS, a company undergoing a complete transformation in its visual identity, company culture, and vision—by far the most rewarding job I’ve ever done. 🚀 In the course of my entrepreneurial adventures, here’s a snapshot of my additional pursuits: ⚬ Workshops & Training Facilitator: I collaborate with Business Schools and Corporations to conduct workshops on LinkedIn™️ Social Selling, Personal Branding, and effective Networking & Influencing. I also focus on Contract & Promotion Negotiation Skills and strategies for excelling in the first 90 days of new roles. I've worked with institutions like St. Gallen University, IMD, EPFL, EHL, and Aachen University of Applied Sciences. ⚬ Female Leadership Educational Program: As Course Creator for the Advanced Applied Coaching Skills Female Leadership Program in collaboration with Noble Manhattan, I designed a curriculum to reflect the leadership journey I envisioned for myself, with a focus on practical skills and building a community of aspiring women leaders. ⚬ NoGap: I run a negotiation boutique that empowers women to assert their worth in salary negotiations, promotions, and career transitions. ⚬ Founder of Chili Pink: A digital marketing company offering website development, digital marketing assets, and support for companies to adopt innovative LinkedIn™️ Social Selling techniques, helping them create genuine network connections and generate leads. I’m a globe-trotting, Swiss-Mexican-German living near Geneva, always striving for personal growth and passionate about the great outdoors—especially the stunning Swiss peaks that never fail to take my breath away! 🏔️✨

Wishing everyone a peaceful Easter Monday 🌷 I spent the weekend doing some serious spring cleaning — not just the house, but my headspace too. It reminded me how powerful it is to reset and make space for what truly matters. Here’s why cleaning and creating order is so good for your brain: ✔ Research from Princeton shows that clutter limits your brain’s ability to focus and process information. It reduces productivity and increases stress. ✔ Cluttered environments are linked to higher cortisol levels and greater feelings of anxiety and overwhelm. ✔ Decluttering and organizing your space can boost mood, improve sleep, and even lead to a 27% drop in nervousness. What are you making room for this season?
