Lone Rock supplies two services: 1) Consulting where we do executive coaching and in-person meetings with leadership teams, creating clarity on the most important results. Interviewing the team to access current and desired mindsets, and facilitating the conversation needed to create movement in the right direction. 2) Lead in 30 - 30 days of intense leadership training to improve performance in leaders at both executive and middle management levels.
