“𝑱𝒐𝒆𝒍, 𝑰’𝒎 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒕.” This was the happiest & scariest moment of my life. I had no money. Covid just wiped out a company I spent four years building. I was broken. & now I was gonna be a dad. What did I have to offer my family? I was left with a choice. Find a job? Or, as a recently qualified coach, move into coaching? I gambled. I knew coaching was my calling. & not only did I gamble, but I also doubled down on my gamble. I hired a marketing agency to build & launch a fancy funnel & run ads. I was certain that soon money would be pouring in & all my problems would be solved. It also failed. Now I'll spare you the details, but the lesson learnt was don't run before you can walk. A costly lesson, as I now had £30k in debt… & was no closer to being able to support my heavily pregnant wife. 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙄 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡? 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙄 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙖 𝙟𝙤𝙗? 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙢 𝙄 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙖𝙩? All thoughts I was ruminating on. I was at a low point. But I wasn't going to give up. & I took one last gamble & invested in a coach. That was an intersection where everything changed. 🚏An intersection when I remembered who I was & what I was capable of 🚏An intersection when I started believing & trusting in myself 🚏An intersection when I stopped looking for the quick fix & started focusing on the unscalable - serving one person at a time ✅ I got focused. ✅ I woke early. Primed. Every day. ✅ I obsessed over my clients’ problems. ✅ I created something every day to help them with those problems. ✅ I honoured the suck. I honoured the rejections. I didn't stop. I learned. ✅ I made it my goal to serve, create value & make offers - every-single-day. And… 🔥 I soon filled my first group program with 8 men. 🔥 I soon created my first £10k client. 🔥 I was soon working with multi-millionaires, entrepreneurs & CEOs. 🔥 & in less than a year, I made over 6-figures. & having seen so many other coaches struggling to build their businesses, & like me get suckered into marketing hacks, I knew I wanted to help other coaches grow their coaching business to beyond 6-figures.
