Success isn’t created by force. I tested that and here’s what happened. 3 months ago I started building a new program and it started off great. 6 people signed up to my Emotional Mastery Challenge. And 4 clients joined The Calm Creator program. But since the start of June. Things have slowed down a little. So naturally, the little voice popped into my head: ➡️ You should work later so you can speak to more people. ➡️ You need to spend more time working on this. ➡️ You have to push harder to find more clients. Tuesday and Wednesday became pressure days: 🔺Waking up early to connect with more potential clients. 🔺Skipping my workout so that I could send more messages. 🔺Forgetting to prepare dinner because I was absorbed in my work. I noticed myself becoming frustrated. And the old me would have just kept on pushing. But as I've learnt over the years: If you only focus on changing the external, you will never get the results you want. So yesterday I sat down and used The Pressure Release Protocol™. The same system I’ve used with my clients to help them reset in less than 10 minutes, and show up in their highest leadership state. I shifted my internal energy, from The Hustling High-Achiever to The Calm Creator: ✅ Reminding myself, I'm exactly where I am supposed to be. ✅ Operating from a place of peace, instead of panic. ✅ And trusting that the right clients will find me. And then all of a sudden. 12 clients signed up with me. I'm joking, I didn't sign any new clients BUT... 👏 I moved through the day without any stress. 👏 I finished the day early and enjoyed a few hours at the beach. 👏 And I got as much done as I did the day before without the frustration. The truth is… we often believe pushing harder for longer will improve the business. But in reality: - Success doesn't come from force. - High pressure is the very thing that repels. - And your circumstances don't have to effect your emotional state. This isn't about being lazy or giving up. This is about being full engaged, without attachment. Leading with a clear mind, a calm heart, and confident energy! If you’re done with the high-pressure hustle and want to grow from grounded power. DM me ‘POWER' and I’ll send you my exclusive introductory offer.

I discovered something recently that shifted how I work... It wasn't that I was doing anything wrong. I was just missing a big component that’s been holding founders back. For context, I've been running a case study with 10 business owners. Their challenges have been similar: ➡️ Mind feeling busy or overloaded. ➡️ Struggling to switch off outside of work. ➡️ Over reacting or snapping at loved ones. ➡️ Fear that slowing down will cost them their edge. ➡️ And constant pressure, pushing them to perform. But the realisation I had. It wasn't about their challenges specifically. It's that they didn’t have time to resolve them. Their busy people, with businesses, families and social lives. So I've been working on something to make it possible. Before finalising, I’m looking to speak with 5 founders to find out what’s going on behind the scenes. In exchange, I’m offering a FREE Performance Reset Call. (2 spaces left) This isn’t a sales call. Just a equally beneficial value trade. If you’re interested. Just comment or DM me 'RESET' and I will send you all the details. P.S. What's something you've realised recently?

At some point, we all reach a crossroads. You’ve built. You’ve achieved. You’ve proven you can do hard things. But the next level isn’t about pushing harder. It’s not about chasing another goal. It’s about turning inward. About learning to release the old patterns that got you here, but can’t take you where you’re meant to go. Because what got you success… isn’t what brings… 👉 Peace. 👉 Freedom. 👉 Alignment. This work isn’t always loud. It’s not always visible from the outside. It’s the quiet, honest work of: ✅ Coming home to yourself. ✅ Letting go of what no longer fits. ✅ Expanding into who you were always becoming. It’s not always easy. But it’s the most important work you’ll ever do. And more people are being called into it right now. If you feel it, trust it. That quiet pull is not random. It’s your invitation. Do you feel that pull too? P.S. Happy Monday 🤩

"I feel like I always have to one-up myself." My client said this during our call yesterday. And it reminded me of the life I used to live. Always pushing myself to the next level. I used to have mottos like: 👉 It's You vs You 👉 Improve by 1% everyday 👉 Be tolerant with others and strict with yourself I was ambitious, relentless, and nothing could stop me. I would hit the gym 6x per week. Work a 14 hour day And still go out on Friday and Saturday night. Because rest? That was for the weak. And life was great, until... well, it wasn't. The pressure kept building. I would get random headaches. I developed a tight neck and sore back. My anxiety would peak and I'd have mild panic attacks. There were even times when I fainted and shrugged it off as just not drinking enough water. All the signs were there, but I kept pushing. Because success... was always at that next level. And the truth is, there are so many high performers out there. Striving, hustling and forcing to prove themselves. But here’s the catch... The more you chase validation, the emptier you feel. Because in reality. You will never be satisfied. You will never arrive at the place… Until you heal the part of you that needs to be seen. So if you’re: ➡️ Tired of the pressure... ➡️ Ready to let go of the hustle… ➡️ Fed up of chasing the next win just to feel momentarily worthy... It’s not because you’re lazy or unmotivated. It’s because your nervous system is done living in survival mode. And maybe, just maybe, your next level isn’t about doing more... It’s about letting go of the belief that you have to prove yourself at all. If this resonates, I see you. And you’re not broken. You’re just tired of pretending. And when you're ready. There's another way. Comment or DM me 'READY' and I will share what's working for my clients. P.S. Anyone else enjoying the English weather? Who knew it was so sunny in Bournemouth :)

I fell asleep listening to the recording. That’s what one founder messaged me after trying the ‘Break The Pressure Loop’ meditation. She didn’t plan to fall asleep. She just wanted to slow down her thoughts. But for the first time in weeks… Her system let go. And she had a moment of peace. 26 founders are now using the meditation. Here’s some of the feedback: - It was so calming, I didn’t even need to check my emails afterwards. - It weirdly felt good to just rest, without worrying or feeling guilty. - I didn’t even realise how tense I’d been until I listened to it. If your brain’s still racing even after your laptop’s shut… This is the last day to get the meditation for free. After today, it moves inside my private 1:1 program. If you’re ready to break the loop. Comment or DM me “LOOP” and I’ll send it over. No pitch. Just 9 minutes of calm. To give you the peace you deserve. P.S. What time of day do you usually meditate?

When I avoid the uncomfortable things… I'm actually avoiding myself. This was my clients realisation last week… and when it happened, her whole energy shifted. And honestly, it made me question some of my decisions lately. Because so often we think we’re just: - Delaying a decision… - Putting off a difficult conversation… - Ignoring a task we don’t want to deal with… But in reality... That inaction or indecision weighs heavy on us. Even if its in the back of our mind. We’re putting ourselves on pause: 👉 We’re delaying feeling calm. 👉 We’re delaying feeling proud. 👉 We’re delaying the moment we actually get to feel like… us. And the truth is, it’s never the task that drains you. - It’s the avoiding. - The overthinking. - The pressure building up. And when you finally face it, there’s… ✅ Relief. ✅ Lightness. ✅ Space to just be you again. If you’ve ever noticed that loop: Avoiding. Overthinking. Procrastination... It’s just a pattern. And it can change. Small wins. Small shifts. Just one decision at a time. And I've opened up 5 FREE Performance Reset Calls for founders who experience this pattern… (3 Spaces left) We’ll map out what’s fuelling the overload, and how to finally quiet the noise so you can feel clear, calm, and back in control again. There’s no pitch. Just a value trade. I help you get clear - You share your insights. Comment “CLEAR” below or DM me and I’ll send you the details.

I made a decision this week that will change my life. And the truth is, every day you have the same opportunity. You can stay the same as you were yesterday. Or… you can choose a new version of yourself. At the start of this year, I considered closing my business. It had been a slow winter for signing new clients. Finances were running at an all-time low. And I had all the excuses in the world. The old me would’ve called it a day. Given up the nomadic lifestyle. And started applying for jobs. But in that moment. I decided to embody a new identity. And I stepped into trust, love, and self-belief. So instead of updating my CV and searching for jobs. I invested in a business coach, and went all in. The old me would have said: 🚩 This is too risky. 🚩 I can't really afford it. 🚩 It probably wont work anyway. But the new version of me said: ✅ I trust myself. ✅ I believe it’s possible. ✅ It might be better than I imagine. 4 months later, I can now look back… And I know it was the right decision: → Working with incredible clients. → I had one of my most profitable months. → And I’ve learnt even more about myself in the process. But those decisions and choices never stop. And this week, I was faced with another one. This time… it felt even scarier. An even bigger investment in myself. One that would take my business account almost to zero. Every part of me felt fear: 🫣 Tightness in my chest. 😧 Knots in my stomach. 🫣 And a dry throat. So I sat with it. I listened to my body. Observed the thoughts, the feelings, and emotions. Honestly, it would have been easy to ignore the decision. Maybe just delay it or put it off. But what used to take me years of procrastinating, hesitating, and overthinking… I did in just a couple of hours. I made the decision to step into a new identity. And made an investment into a new coach. Every day, you also have a choice. You can stay where you are, replaying the same: 👉 Story. 👉 Thoughts. 👉 Challenges. Or you can choose a new identity. So the question is: - Who are you showing up as today? - Will you carry the same beliefs as yesterday? - Or are you ready to step into the 2.0 version of you? P.S. If you’re looking to step into a calmer, more confident and less reactive identity… drop me a message, I know a guy that can help 👇 Disclaimer: Everything in this post is from personal experience, and is not financial advice.

I carry all of this emotional baggage around with me... and it's like, what for? I really felt those words from my client. It wasn't until I did a 10-day silent retreat in 2023 that I realised… For years, I'd been carrying guilt and shame for things I'd done in the past. But the crazy thing was, it didn't show up as feeling guilty. It showed up as anger, aggression, lashing out and snapping. - Sometimes at colleagues... - Sometimes at home with loved ones... - Sometimes as road rage, swearing and shouting at people I didn’t even know! But during my clients session. We were using my 'Breath and Reset' body scan. A technique to help clear emotional backlog in less than 5 minutes. (Because who has time for a 10 day silent retreat these days?) And suddenly, he saw it. All the guilt from the past... - The breakup he handled poorly - Careless comments he made as a teenager - An impulsive decision that still makes him cringe "Nobody else is carrying this stuff," he said. "Just me. Alone in my apartment. Still beating myself up for things no one else remembers." And that's the thing about high performers. We are constantly looking for opportunities to improve by: - Replaying events from the past. - Holding on and remember things that went wrong. - Believing we need to carry it all, to do better, be better, and prove we're good. And what I see so often with founders. Is that guilt feels like responsibility and accountability. But in reality, it's just emotional baggage thats slowing you down. If you've been carrying things for years and you're ready to let go. Comment or DM me 'RESET' and I'll share what’s working for my clients.

My client went from reactive and overwhelmed… To calm and in control in less then 8 weeks. Here's how... When H. first joined my programme, his life looked great from the outside. His business was going really well. But on the inside… he was stuck in a cycle many founders will recognise: ⚡ Overthinking ⚡ Feeling frustrated ⚡ Struggling to switch off And he believed that if he slowed down, his business would fall apart. So we went through The Calm Reset System™. And everything started to shift: ✔ He stopped giving away free advice to prove his worth. ✔ He created boundaries around client work and personal time. ✔ He started handling issues and curveballs without getting frustrated. ✔ He even started having slower mornings, and actually switching off in the evening. On top of that, his energy levels were completely different… No more feeling wired, tired, and always on. He was grounded, confident, and in control. The best part, was even though he was slowing down. His business kept increasing in revenue every month. Because success isn’t about pushing more, adding pressure, or proving yourself. It’s about building something sustainable, with peace of mind along the way. And the truth is… When your not operating from a place of panic. You become emotionally magnetic. This is the path of The Calm Creator. If this is the lifestyle you’re looking to create. The 30-day Calm Reset starts 14th July. DM me ‘MAGNETIC’ for details. Only 3 spaces available. P.S. What would your business (and life) look like if you operated from calm, not chaos?

I stopped giving free advice and saying yes to everything. A client shared this during our last session. And it resonated, because when I started my business, I used to do the same. Providing free sessions and giving my time. Saying yes to things that weren't that convenient. And book meetings around everyone else’s schedule. It was exhausting. And I felt like I was always under pressure. But I realised it wasn't coming from a place of love. It was coming from a place of proving my worth. When my client realised this, he said: "I’ve started saying… here’s the link, you can book and pay." "It feels so good, without that pressure and my revenue this month has gone up again." It wasn’t about being greedy. It was about recognising his own value. And that's the thing with self-belief. It doesn't show up with a bang. It sneaks in quietly. And it starts with small shifts and choices. This is the journey of The Calm Creator. From being caught in people-pleasing and questioning your worth.. To providing value from a place of calm, confidence and fulfilment. If you notice yourself putting others first and feeling overwhelmed. I'm building a 30-day Calm Reset program just for you. There are only 3 spaces and we start on 14th July. Comment or DM me 'CALM' for more details. P.S. Do you ever sacrifice yourself for others?

You close your laptop. But you can't close your mind. Because somewhere along the line you started believing: ➡️ You have to constantly prove yourself. And I get it, I've been there. The late nights and early starts. Working through breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’d even take my laptop to bed sometimes. Some call it drive. Others say it’s ambition. But the problem is... It never ends. When will you be satisfied? There’s always another milestone. This is a never ending pattern. And I call it the 'Proof Loop'. Always trying to prove that you are worthy and valuable. Either to yourself, or to someone else. But when will enough... enough? I know, it won’t. This is what I help founders release. And I made a short meditation called "Break the Proof Loop" for my 1:1 clients. It's for the brain that won’t shut off until you’ve "earned" rest. It’s not fluffy. It’s not a spiritual filler. It’s a direct cut into the tension that’s killing your clarity. So if you’re the kind of person who: - Needs to be productive while walking, eating, and trying to sleep. - Feels pressure to “catch up” even when you're ahead. - Feels guilty when your not working or trying to rest. Comment or DM me “ENOUGH” And I’ll send it to you personally. Completely free for the first 5 people (no opt-in required) P.S. How do you slow down the racing thoughts in your head?

57

There’s this place nobody really talks about. The space in between. The space after you’ve achieved everything you thought you wanted… …but before you’ve found what truly fulfills you. You look around and realise: ✅ You’ve checked the boxes. ✅ You’ve done everything right. ✅ You’ve built the life you worked so hard for. And still, something feels off. Not failing. Not broken. Just… incomplete. Because what used to drive you doesn’t feel the same anymore. The goals that once lit you up? They don’t land the way they used to. The game has changed. And deep down, you know it. This isn’t about chasing more. It’s about reconnecting with you. With who you’ve always been beneath the noise. With the version of you that doesn’t need to: - Push - Prove - Perform. That’s why this space feels so uncomfortable. Because it’s asking you to grow in a different way now. Not by achieving more. But by becoming more. Do you feel that too? P.S. Happy Sunday 🤩

If I just quit my job, change career, and move country… then I’ll feel free. Well, that’s what I thought... But it wasn't true. Because the external stuff was easy compared to what came next. It’s not just the income, the title, or the industry you let go of… ➡️ It's the safety. ➡️ The identity you hold. ➡️ The stories you’ve told yourself for years. And if you’re anything like me. Or some of the brilliant people I work with. There’s that one last thread you keep holding on to. The client you should walk away from. The version of you that still feels responsible. The old belief that it’s not safe to slow down or switch off. I’ve seen it in myself, in successful founders and high performers... And the truth is, you can build a peaceful, meaningful life. But it starts on the inside, not out. Because letting go isn’t one decision. It’s hundred of small ones. If you’re ready to let go of what's holding you back. I’m offering a value exchange to 5 founders (4 spaces left) Full details in yesterdays post (in the comments below.)👇 It’s designed to help you reclaim time, clarity and presence without letting go of your ambition. DM or Comment ‘LET GO’ for more info. P.S. The sun is out again in Bournemouth... Looks like an afternoon at the beach 🏖️

Success started to feel like survival for me. It wasn’t that I didn’t enjoy my life. There were plenty of good moments. And I was grateful for the opportunities I’d created. But the pressure I was putting on myself… It became exhausting. I thought that’s how it had to be: ➡️ Always hustling. ➡️ Always pushing harder. ➡️ Always chasing the next level. Even when I wasn’t at my desk. My mind was still working overtime. Thinking about how to do better. How to avoid falling behind. How to grow faster. Looking back now, I can see more clearly… I was hiding behind the fear. The fear of: - What if it doesn’t work out? - What if it all falls apart? - What if I’m a failure? And the only way I knew to cope with that… 👉 Was to never switch off. 👉 To keep pushing. 👉 To stay busy. But the truth is… That’s just not sustainable. And it’s not necessary. That’s exactly why I’m building The Calm Creator. For the high-achievers, founders, and leaders who want success… But aren’t willing to trade their peace to get there. Because when you manage your internal state. Success doesn’t feel like survival anymore: ✅ It feels calm. ✅ It feels grounded. ✅ It feels sustainable. This is exactly the work I do. It changed everything for me. And it’s changing lives for others. If this resonates, DM me ‘GROUNDED’ and I will share what’s working for my clients. P.S. This is week 6 of running 3 x per week… anyone know when I will actually start enjoying it? 🏃‍♂️

Founders with too much to do, not enough time, and a mind that never switches off… This is for you... I’m opening a few free 1:1 Performance Reset Calls to help founders quiet the mental overload and feel more in control... In exchange for a quick chat about what’s really making life feel heavy or hard right now You’ll likely fall into one of two groups: 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝟏: 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 You’re trying to hold it all together, but underneath the tension’s building. When life escalates, you shut down, snap, or zone out… even when you don’t mean to. And it leaves you feeling one step from burning out. On the call, we’ll map out the triggers behind this and how to stay steady when it matters most. 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝟐: 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 You overthink decisions and conversations. You imagine yourself through other people’s eyes, and it leaves you second-guessing, tongue-tied, or holding back. I’ll help you quiet the mental noise so you can speak up clearly and make decisions with confidence. Over the last 3 years, I’ve helped 50+ founders reduce reactivity, reclaim their energy, and feel calm, clear, and in control, without sacrificing performance or growth. This isn’t a sales call. There’s no pitch. No hidden agenda. Just a mutually beneficial conversation. I’ll help you get calm and clear, in return for your insights. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐟: ✅ You want practical tools to handle triggers and mental overload ✅ You feel constant pressure to hold it all together ✅ You struggle to switch off, even when you try ✅ You overthink conversations or decisions I’m only opening 5 of these calls for now, so if this speaks to you… Drop “TRADE” below or DM me and I’ll send you the details.

I sometimes hold part of myself back… I started posting on LinkedIn about 3 years ago. At first, it was about property, that was my world. But as I left the corporate space, Another side of me began to evolve. A more spiritual side, one that’s open to: 👉 Ancient wisdom 👉 Alternative ways of thinking 👉 A different approach to growth Some days, I feel brave enough to share that side. Other days, I hold back. Afraid of being judged. Afraid I won’t be accepted here. And I know… that’s normal. But I’ve decided, I don’t want that to be ‘normal’. Because the truth is: - The more I lean in - The more I speak from the heart - The more real connections I create We don’t talk about the weather or the latest gossip. We talk about: ✅ Universal laws ✅ Spiritual growth ✅ Conscious leadership ✅ Even quantum mechanics And the longer I play this game we call life, The more comfortable I feel expressing my full self. Trusting that the right people will find me. And those I’m meant to find will appear at the right time. I know I’m not the only one feeling this shift. But many are still afraid to speak about it. And this shift matters because: - It’s choosing love over fear. - It’s choosing trust over doubt. - And most importantly, it’s taking responsibility for your inner world. That’s when everything changed for me. Not just internally, but externally. This is also why I’m building The Calm Creator. To help people build success that feels aligned. Rather than through force, pressure and hustle. If you’re exploring this shift too And building success from the inside out Drop a comment below and let’s connect… These are the conversations I love to have.

The business is doing fine. The main stress is the pressure I put on myself. This is what a new client said last month. And it hit me hard. Not just because I've been there. But because this is the invisible tension so many high performers carry: ➡️ Not from failure. ➡️ Not from the clients. ➡️ But from the constant need to keep pushing. Even when things are working… They don't allow themselves to feel the win. Because their wired to only rest when everything is “done.” And let’s be honest, it’s never done! So I created a powerful meditation called: "Break the Pressure Loop" To you give yourself permission to enjoy the moment. To slow down, just enough to be fully present. This is for the founder who challenges themselves into exhaustion. Even when no one’s asking them to. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about knowing you’re already enough. And no, you wont become less motivated or ambitious... That’s not the goal here. It’s just designed to help you relax. To rest, slow down, or switch off. Even for just a moment. Comment or DM me “PRESSURE” and I’ll send it personally. No commitment. No sales pitch. No opt-in. Just a 9-minute recording and the mental space you deserve. P.S. When was the last time you truly switched off?

62

I know you’re feeling the pressure. The drive to reach the next milestone. That subtle fear that time is running out. The guilt that creeps in when you try to rest. You keep asking: ➡️ Am I falling behind? ➡️ Should I be pushing harder? ➡️ What if I can’t keep this pace forever? But the truth is: 👉 You’re not behind. 👉 You’re building and becoming. The dream house The freedom to travel The life where you feel calm, connected and creative. It’s not going to come from more pressure. It’s waiting on your permission to slow down. To stop measuring your value by your productivity. And to stop delaying joy because you think you have to earn it. I get it. It seems counterintuitive. And feels uncomfortable to stop. But you don’t need to get there tomorrow. You just need to stop running from where you are today. This is part of my journey… To becoming the Calm Creator. If you’re curious what your version of calm could look like? DM me ‘CALM’ and I’ll send you 3 powerful questions I use with clients to help them slow down, clear the mental noise, and focus on what actually matters.

My life has completely changed over the last 3 years. And it all came down to one thing… 👉 How I make decisions. Not whether they were right or wrong. Not whether they made sense on paper. But how I made them. Because for most of my life… I made decisions based on logic. ➡️ What felt ‘safe’. ➡️ What kept everyone else happy. ➡️ What made sense to other people. But in 2022, I realised… I didn’t want to live a life that looked good from the outside BUT didn’t feel good on the inside. So I started making different choices. 👉 The quiet, uncomfortable ones. 👉 The ones that didn’t always make sense. 👉 The ones where I had to trust myself, even when my head was full of doubts. Most people didn’t understand. Some thought I was crazy. A few told me I’d regret it. But 3 years later… I’m calmer, clearer and living life on my terms. And the biggest lesson I’ve learnt is this: It’s never really about what you do. It’s about whether you do it from trust… or fear. If I could give my younger self one piece of advice… It would be this: Stop doubting yourself. And trust that quiet part of you that already knows the way. Because when you lean into that, everything works out. If this speaks to you… and you’ve been stuck in your head, overthinking, second-guessing, or holding yourself back… I’ve opened up 5 free 1:1 Performance Reset Calls to help you get clear and move forward with more calm and confidence. (1 spot remaining) It’s a simple value trade: I’ll help you get clear, in exchange for your insights. Comment “TRADE” below or send me a DM and I’ll send you the details.

Despite the wins, it’s been a tough few weeks for me. I’ve had a wonderful time being back in the UK. And my business is performing better than ever. But behind the scenes. There have been challenges: ➡️ 5 weeks away from my partner ➡️ £5k+ of unexpected property bills ➡️ A dull tooth ache that won’t go away ➡️ And a family member diagnosed with cancer To top it all off, I have no idea where I’m going to live next month. But I know. I chose this lifestyle. So I’m not looking for sympathy. I could have stayed in my comfortable job. Living in my comfortable apartment. Driving my very comfortable car. Earning my comfortable salary. But I didn’t, I chose to start a business. And travel the world at the same time. Which many think is just: 👉 Smoothie bowls with sunset views 👉 Laptop living from cool cafes 👉 And weekend beach walks But the truth is… This path demands more from you than most people are willing to give. Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually. And even when it’s working… It still tests you. Because real freedom is expensive. Not in money… In resilience. The kind that’s earned in moments like these. When the chaos is loud but your mission is louder. That’s why I created ‘The Calm Creator’. Not for the newbie who wants a content calendar. But for the founder building in the storm, who needs clarity, creative rhythm, and psychological strength without burning out, breaking down or snapping at your loved ones. Because comfort never built anything worth remembering. And resilience doesn’t have to come at the cost of your peace. If this resonates, keep going. You’ve got this! And if you want to do it calmly… You know where to find me. 🧘‍♂️ P.S. Ever felt like your growth came at the cost of your peace?
