(Regardless of what people say about Gen-Z🙄) The problem is that they’re only taught the skill to do their job. I had to work it out for myself and thankfully I did a good job of it. I got my 1st 6 figure salary at 27 and my 1st executive role at 36. A lot of the people I’ve worked with are: 💪 Hardworking 🌟 Ambitious 👍 Generally good people But they’re being wasted doing the same entry role that they started in.
