I spent a few years in people leadership, training & and development, and I realized I loved the thrill of coming up with a strategy, but I ALSO loved being the one who gets to take it from soup to nuts (do we still say that?) and build it - instructional design, coming up with the prompts, worksheets, questions, and facilitating. So, now I do both as a freelance leadership training consultant. I love to help people take action on learning while also stepping back to ensure that what we're doing supports the business, aligns with values, and is sustainable for long-term growth.
