For the busy professional who wants to be healthier. I see this all the time. People who: 1. Have a stressful lifestyle that impacts their health 2. Survive on a diet of 5 days on, 2 days off w/ nutrition 3. Have tried plans that yielded short-term results 4. Struggle to find time to make the changes Why does any of that matter? Firstly, living like this pushes health down the list of priorities. Second, just thinking you can 'eat less’ and ‘do more’ to fix it won't work. It doesn't solve HOW to overcome the roadblocks that exist in your lifestyle. And, the problem is... If it was easy, everyone working full time would be fit and healthy. But instead, 97% of people I speak too have just become accustomed to feeling like sh*t. So, here's 5 things you need ASAP: 1. Solutions to eating out, at home or travelling 2. Reduced information overload and real advice 3. Sustainable systems that can integrate quickly 4. A strategy that takes into account your calendar 5. Accountability, structure & support you can rely on Doing this alone is hard. But health needs to be on a pedestal if you want to maintain the life you've worked so hard to build. If you’re serious about change... I'll put a system in place for you to make lasting change. The last 8 years, I've coached 100s of execs, full time parents and professional athletes. It's what I’m dedicated too. It's not about: • Short term fixes • Gimmicky plans • Unrealistic goals I mean REAL systems for change. Written by a real coach who works with real people. Someone who leverages data, proven systems, and tried and tested methods to get results. Two choices 👇 A - go it alone hoping it'll eventually click B - make the first, yet most difficult step in truly transforming your health If you decide B... DM me '2024' and let's get started. Talk soon. 🤝

Everything is better when you’re healthy. Parents who succeed in making that a reality, don't have more willpower than you: they just develop better daily routines and habits, which after a while become automatic and require less thought—less conscious energy. What's stopping you?
Think about it: when you go to the doctor, you're placing your health in their hands. You talk to them, hoping they'll provide a prescription to help you. But that's not enough. You deserve more—better food, better coaching, and a deeper, more thorough investigation into your health to genuinely improve it. Don't settle for less. Thank you Sarah Drumeaux Stanghellini and the wider Central Wellness team, who continue to support and educate our team on a number of key health issues in Hong Kong. To the Huberman Dad's out there. When you get into a sauna, you're looking for the release of something called dynorphin, which is the terrible feeling that you get when you're in really hot temperatures. It's also a terrible effect that alcoholics feel when they are in withdrawal. That mechanism when triggered by heat, heals the body. It drives recovery, boosts mental clarity, and gives you a clear headspace within minutes. That's why we built the RECHARGE suite at The Clubhouse Hong Kong. It's a no brainer for the Corporate workforce. #BUILTFORLIFE

What a community! On Saturday we hosted The Clubhouse Hong Kong combine 2.0 Deadlifts, DJs, prizes, food, fancy dress, charity, competition and Anson Bailey (eMBA)'s infamous selfie…something for everyone. We had some first time competitors, some Clubhouse veterans and everything in between. Over $8000+ raised for our partners, Catherine Tong Lisa Lam at HandsOn Hong Kong . Big thanks to our friends at Mendel’s for the food. DJ Zacki Hamid for the tunes, the Clubhouse coaches for some entertaining judging and the community for bringing the energy. It’s not really about the competition it’s about the physical, the mental and the social. Good times with good people. The Clubhouse: Built For Life. Men in your 40s ↓ If you want to have high testosterone, you need to act like someone who does. That means you eat enough protein, get deep sleep, exercise correctly without over-training, and manage your blood sugar effectively. You can have a beer. Even two. You can actually do most things. Just make sure you’re taking care of the fundamentals. Steve Howard The Clubhouse Hong Kong
9 years since I moved to Hong Kong. The highs have been pretty high, and the lows pretty low. Both helped me grow throughout my 20s. And today, the people I’ve surrounded myself with has set the standard for my new ‘normal’ at 31. People who have the habits I want to have myself. Good people. Finding that community is one of the main driving forces that has kept me—and a lot of you—deeply connected to this place. It’s a great feeling 👋🏻 Laure Mathieu David Hood Genevieve Hood Tamara Davenport Rob Sheffield - 施樂德 Alev Arnavut Fabien Melero David Markham Daniel M. I grew up knowing my Dad was strong. He maintained an incredible output for decades—didn’t drink, didn’t smoke and made sure his health never fell down the list of priorities. That approach doesn't work for everyone. But it shows that when you're no longer able to change a situation— work, travel, family commitments—we're challenged to change ourselves. We have to find a way to put health into the list of priorities. There's always a way. My Dad has beaten cancer, was hiking all over the country last week and still focuses on building his strength. That level of resilience has been deeply implicated in the longevity of his health over the years. 📌 P.S. It’s Fathers Day weekend, get around each other 🤝🏻
Show me strong and healthy parents, and I bet you their kids are the same. Give your children an example of what strength, health, and fitness looks like. They'll follow suit. I do love my job. #BUILTFORLIFE
