Here's how to stop the content time sink:

Step 1: Stop writing from scratch. Every post starts with an interview. One 30-minute conversation with yourself (or someone asking you questions) generates enough raw material for 20 posts. Talk it out. Don't write it out.

Step 2: Capture patterns, not posts. When someone asks you the same question three times, that's content. Keep a running list of FAQs. Each one is a post. You're not "creating content." You're documenting what you already know.

Step 3: Repurpose ruthlessly. That video you recorded? Pull 5 quotes from it. Turn each quote into a text post. Pull the audio. Turn it into a podcast clip. Take screenshots. Turn them into carousels. One asset becomes 10.

Step 4: Batch the work. Don't write one post per day. Write 10 posts in one sitting. Schedule them. Then ignore content for three weeks.

I've worked with founders who went from spending 10 hours per week on content to 30 minutes per month. Same results. Better results, actually, because they weren't burned out.
