Recently, Instagram has been urging users to focus more on the amount of engagement their posts get as apposed to how many followers they bring in. 🤔

💥 High engagement rates means people are enjoying your content AND it will be served to more people (*including* non-followers). Plus, recent algorithm changes are FAVORING smaller accounts, pushing highly engaged with content out to more people than ever. 

💥 Additionally, users are following so many people these days that a large following may not always equal more views -- or more importantly, more leads. 

I can't help but wonder though ... if they like the content, why wouldn't they follow? What do you think?
