Growing up I struggled growing my businesses. 

And it wasn’t for lack of effort or trying. 

I didn’t have a mentor who could show me the best and quickest way to get there. 

Most of us struggle to take the first step and delay taking it due to fear of failure, or waiting for the perfect time. 

But the truth is there is never a perfect time like the present.

Dreams live with us temporarily & if we don’t act upon them they find a new home. 

How many times have you seen an idea you had which you didn’t action/act upon come to life by someone else and then you thought to yourself ahhhhh that was MY idea!!!

What was the difference?

They took the first step. 

They overcame their limiting beliefs and fear of failure. 

They made a decision to fail forward rather than stand still. 

When we set our intentions for the sake of Allah, tie our camel & have tawakkul amazing doors open up for us and we get blessed with incredible opportunities.

3 week update 

Alhamdulilah we’re on day 21 today so thought I’d give you guys an update from the last 20 days of the 30 day challenge 

The group has seen 40+ members join with some leaving throughout this period 

We’re currently sitting at 34 members but only around 8-10 of us are active 

Some started strong and fell off

Others didn’t even start

This challenge highlights the genuine nature of humans 

We like the sound of something
We think we can commit to it
We try implement it 
But eventually only a small % of people actually stick to the thing they wanted to / take action

And this applies across all walks of life 

- your career jump (applying/looking)
- your business idea (that you’ve sat on for years)
- fitness
- your 2026 goals
- speaking to your boss about that promotion 
- investing (building your portfolio)
- etc etc

This isn’t a dig at anyone, we all joined the challenge with the right intentions 

Some had other priorities arise

Some left because they couldn’t keep up

Others left because some of the jokes didn’t align with their sense of humour 

On a personal note I’m a lot fitter , stronger and starting to fit into my old clothes but the scales are telling me I’m heavier 😡

Haha jokes aside I’ve never been one to track my weight but ere we are

With Ramadan approaching I’ll be using that as an opportunity to start cutting iA 🤥

Overall I’m super proud of this little humble community we’ve built and the best thing about it is theirs no strings attached - just a couple brothers tryna get fit to be better role models for their families
