Confused about "async" and "defer" in script tags? 

Let's simplify:

🟢 async: Downloads the script while HTML parses. Executes immediately once downloaded. Ideal for independent scripts like analytics.

🟠 defer: Waits for HTML parsing to complete before executing. Perfect for scripts that rely on a fully-loaded DOM or other scripts.

🔴 No Attribute: Blocks HTML parsing. Not ideal for performance.

👉 Bottom Line: Use async for independent scripts and defer for those with dependencies.
