Here's the easiest way to write better LinkedIn content
(Do these 5 things once daily)

1. Pick your favorite post of the day
2. Analyse why you liked the format
3. Analyse why you liked the topic
4. Make a template out of it
5. Repeat.

I think telling people "just keep writing more" is really bad advice

You should try to write at least 1% better every single day.

→ Chasing virality will get you no loyal followers
→ Nobody will ever judge your content as much as you do

My last 3 months on LinkedIn:
→ 226,572 impressions
→ 6,545 comments
→ 11,435 likes
→ 67 shares
→ 5,027 new followers
→ 37 inbound leads
→ 97 calls booked

LinkedIn is a marathon, not sprint.

But if you stick to it long enough, you'll get that gold. 
(figuratively and literally)

The only way to monetize LinkedIn is to build a strategy
(You will have your content calendar in the next 1.3 mins)
 
1. 30% of your content should be ToFU
> Talk about yourself
> Talk about your lifestyle
> Talk about your journey

2. 60% of your content should be MoFu
> Give tips and tricks 
>  Solve problems
> Share hacks

3. 10% of your content should be BoFu
> Client testimonials
> Client case studies
> Ideal scenario of ideal client

4. Repeat
> every single week

Pro tip: Research on your ICPs for an hour every 2 weeks

We're ready for your content - when am I seeing your first post?

Sure-shot ways of destroying your post
(The only test you want to score a 0 on)

7. Write to multiple people
6. Write in huge paragraphs
5. Bulldosing it with hashtags
4. Not using enough white space
3. Using overly technical language
2. Using a clickbait hook and not delivering
1. Being a teacher instead of a problem solver

Treat every post like an episode in the series of your brand.

A single post can make or break your brand, so put in your everything.

In 2024, if you get that:

→ Consistency will take you wherever you want to be 
→ Followers mean nothing without community
→ Negotiating your value will decrease it
→ Connections are built in DMs

you have the right mindset to build your business on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn needs less of:

→ AI comments
→ Copied content
→ Huge paragraphs
→ Hatred for each other 

And more of:

→ Support towards each other
→ Well-formatted posts
→ Genuine comments
→ Valuable content

"I write 5 days a week but I'm not growing AT ALL?!"

Here's why - 

7. Your post doesn't have strong hooks
6. You aren't starting conversations
5. Your posts are constantly selling
4. You aren't engaging with others
3. You don't stick to a post timing
2. You aren't experimenting at all
1. You aren't doing your research

If you don't tick anything on the list, just keep going.

Stay consistent and I promise you'll grow - it's a game of outlasting.

7 things you have said that are bullsh*t
(They're costing you a business that could fund your Bali trip)

- "I have nothing to post about"
- "My niche can't work on LinkedIn"
- "It takes too long to monetise LinkedIn"
- "I'm not a writer, there's no place for me here"
- "LinkedIn is saturated, no one will read my posts"
- "I have to post every single day in order to grow here"
- "If my post doesn't go viral, then I'll never grow on LinkedIn"

These are all just myths and excuses.

My biggest struggles when I started on LinkedIn were:

> No time to write 
> Couldn't be consistent
> Didn't have any engagement
> I didn't know how to monetize
> Didn't know how to find new ideas

If you're someone who's just starting, here's my advice:

> Batch-create your content
> Find friends that keep you accountable
> Make posts that evoke emotions in people
> Learn how to create CTAs that compel your audience
> Learn how to find content wherever you go - from twitter to the park

I missed the first week of posts in the last 6 months.

Why?

I know a good justification would include
- big things happening in my life
- a very busy and packed schedule 
- setting up the stage for an announcement

But while all of them might be true, none of them were the reasons.

My only reasons were that
> I didn't feel like I had been doing justice to content creation
> I felt like I didn't love writing anymore; original content dipped
> I understood that maybe the best course of action, after all, was a break

Maybe I should have persevered and maintained my consistency.

But I have always said quality > quantity here, so it was time to practise that.

Growing on LinkedIn is easy, but learning how to sell here took me forever.

However, I've discovered that these 3 post formats that generate leads for me every single week.

I finish an entire year on LinkedIn today - so I'm giving them out for free.

2. Handle their objections. Quote a question you get and give an answer

1. Does this help anyone?
2. Does this educate anyone?
3. Does this entertain anyone? 

If none of these get a yes, it's time to edit

Once you start writing posts that get a "yes", you will start growing 100x.
