As a professional, LinkedIn is a great platform to share your work experiences and accomplishments. If you're a designer, you could discuss your process for creating a website or logo. You could also talk about the importance of typography in design, or how to use color effectively in your designs.
No matter what topic you choose to write about, always be sure to showcase your expertise and provide value to those who are reading your work.

@juliadebariSo we all know that there are not enough, or just plainly not hardly any at all, Junior UX Designer Positions. I did a search on Linkedin and found in the US ~20k Sr. roles and ~14k roles listed in entry-level. However, in the Entry-Level roles, there were over 50% that were actually senior roles, where the title actually said Senior or Lead. In actuality, there were about 35 roles that were actually junior-level design roles. LinkedIn seems like you need to fix your algorithm. Recruiters, it seems like you need to check the right box for the level of seniority. Lead, Senior, and Principal are not entry-level roles. #linkedin #ux #recruitment #recruiting #recruiters #job #hr #uxdesigners #jobsearch #talentacquisition #jobfairness #equityandinclusion #designer

@alejandrourrutiaWe designers pride ourselves with being equipped with empathy towards users, but we often lose it with stakeholders, other disciplines and even with other designers we work with. A good opportunity to remind ourselves that any decision impacting the experience is a design decision, so we need to treat stakeholders with the same empathy we treat our users.

@nussi-einhornAsk me anything about UX/UI design in the comments 👇 I’ll reply with an answer! I’m in the mood. Let’s go!
The "ROI of design" is such a nonsense concept. It's like saying the "ROI of trucks". Will investing more in trucks yield a return? Sure, for UPS. Design is just systematic, intentional decisions. You need to know which decisions to focus on, which may not look like "design".
It’s only when you start designing something, you begin to notice and appreciate the design decisions and details of other products that you would’ve considered normal otherwise.

@pablostanley1Let's design a credit card form from scratch using Figma's auto-layout on everything. Seriously, it's a bunch of boxes, nested inside boxes, inside other boxes! lol

Managing is designing. Except instead of designing products, interfaces or services, you are designing how a group of people can create something more together than apart. Which people are needed? Who should do what? How do folks collaborate? These are design questions.

@alejandrourrutiaA common misconception on Design Systems made by Design leaders and Design organisations is that the team in charge of the system is the one setting its direction. Having led Design Systems both in Huawei and Xero taught me that the teams closest to the customer are the ones providing the right insights for directional decision-making. The role of the Design System team is to make the best use of those insights for of all teams and their customers. #designsystems #designleadership #productdesign
UI designers that don’t know UX are graphic designers. You can’t be a UI designer without knowing UX design.
