@divya-basavaraju-98606b23My advice for SALARIED class People 1. Do not spend more than 50% of ur salary in a month. 2. Save 50% and invest in at least 3 different places. Be it Mutual funds, PPF, Stocks, Gold, NPS, Crypto etc as per your risk profile. 3. Constantly thrive for 2nd source of income. Don't count on spouse income as 2nd source, rather consider that as an emergency fund 4. Must have health insurance for your family and term insurance until you have enough for dependents to rely upon. 5. Do not try to match up ur lifestyle with others. Instead, try to match up with their hard work. 6. If you are taking a loan, buy assets with it, not liabilities. Assets:- Education loan, Loan for low-risk business with regular cash flow, House loan only if the EMI is equal to or slightly more than the rent you were paying. Liabilities:- Loan for expensive flat, Buying an expensive car, High-end vacations etc. 7. Never rely on ur Parent's money coz they are not relying on urs. 8. Ways to decrease expenses:- -Control ur fingers on food delivery apps. -Avoid unnecessary shopping in malls or via apps. -Take the metro, auto instead of a Cab whenever possible. These apps and an easy UPI payment system are built to force you to make decisions that you don't require most of the time. 9. Don't fall into the trap- Zindagi Ek mili hai, khul ke jo aur udao Coz most of those activities can be momentary pleasures but not life fulfilling experiences. 🙏🙏 #management #markets #investing #money #future #futurism #india #education #salary #job #2022year #shared #people #insurance #healthinsurance #business #mutualfunds Credit: Original Writer #work #writer #food

Collin Cadmus
@collincadmusYoung salespeople— If you’re making decent money for the first time in your life... 1. Don't spend your entire paycheck the week you get it. Setup auto deposits into high interest savings accounts and don’t touch that money. Let it earn for you. I recommend Wealthfront's cash account. Highest APR on the market with zero fees. 2. Don't advance your lifestyle just because your paycheck is increasing. If you stay on that path you’ll never accumulate real wealth. You’ll enjoy a few steak dinners, fancy clothes, and a nice car along the way. None of which you'll remember in the end. 3. Start thinking long term. Get life insurance. Open an IRA and 401k. Invest more in your future than you do in your present. Impressing your friends or capturing that misleading Instagram photo will mean nothing in 10-20 years. 4. Live a minimalist lifestyle in exchange for compounding interest. The longer you wait to save, the more potential interest you're throwing away. You won't get rich from your salary, you will through saving and investing. ⚡️Save ⚡️Invest ⚡️Spend only when necessary Plan for retirement. If you’re smart about it, it can be an early one. Enjoy a little now, or a lot later. The people who never become wealthy are the people who act like they already are. #sales
Dan Price
@danpriceseattleWe're seeing now exactly why every big company is fighting against universal health care. Decouple health insurance from work and people are free to quit their bad jobs. If people quit their bad jobs, companies will have to pay living wages to attract workers. Can't have that.

@garyvaynerchukDon’t forget this: Everything stems from the top when it comes to culture. Set an example. Be the example. If you agree with this, say it. Make it happen for your company.
Gary Vaynerchuk
@garyvaynerchukLeaders who care about their employees and work for their employees rather than thinking that their employees work for them will disproportionately attract people that are hard-working and want to work for them.
Gary Vaynerchuk
@garyvaynerchukSoft skills are hard in business. The confusion needs to be cleared, “soft skills” create sustainability, create a culture that allows for continuity and most of all build a reputation while being respected. #softskills #business #culture

@garyvaynerchukMy greatest fear is to create fear in my companies. Employees that work from a place of fear cause so much distrust and miscommunication that ultimately hurts everyone involved. Fear needs to be eliminated from the workplace.
Kevin Miller
@kevinmichaelmiller3An employee burned out. We were growing too fast. And I couldn’t hire quickly enough. “I’m deeply sorry,” I told her. We parted on good terms and kept in touch. But it was a wake-up call. I didn’t want that to happen to anyone ever again. So we tripled our recruitment budget. A couple months later, she told me she was interested in working again, but not as intensely. So we brought her in as a contractor and let her choose her hours. 9 months later, she joined full-time again. Another year later she got in touch: “Do you have a few minutes to chat? I got an offer to work with my old SEO mentor of five years. I wanted to tell you in person that I’m leaving before anyone else knows. I appreciate you and everything you’ve done for me.” I replied: “No, I appreciate you. You’re an amazing person, and it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with you.” She may end up coming back to GR0. Or never working here again. But that’s not the point. People evolve. Companies evolve. Everybody needs change. The important part: Don’t burn bridges. Leave the door open. Because the truth is, it's a long ride. And people should be allowed to get off and come back on— If that’s what they want.
Fery Kaszoni
@ferenczkaszoniEnough is enough! No more pizza Fridays at our company. We are also cutting out the Beer Friday initiative. No more beers or alcohol on Fridays. And no more casual dress for our staff members on Fridays, either. Yes, we are scrapping all the good things that our team at Search Intelligence Ltd has benefitted from on Fridays, because we are adopting a 4-day work week from this month (May), and Fridays will be permanently off. From today, every week is a bank-holiday week at our company, with close to 40 team members having an extended weekend, every week! We are also keeping the same wages, and we don't require people to work longer hours on the four remaining workdays of the week. Until next week, have a great weekend everyone ✌️ UDATE: It's official, we now have Pizza Thursdays, announcement can be seen here (with pictures): https://lnkd.in/exvCcQs7 #seoagency #digitalpragency #worklifebalance
Roberta Storey
@robynnstoreyA $500k client of ours, an executive in the e-commerce space, has been a self employed consultant for 20 years. Last year he decided to put his resume together to explore some corporate opportunities. While he’s been wildly successful as a consultant, he was getting tired of working on his own and was missing the camaraderie of having a team around him. So, we got him whipped into shape and sent him out there to shake the trees. The first few interviews he landed were ok. Most didn’t come close to what he was making. About a month into his job search process, he gets a call from a Headhunter looking to quickly fill a leadership role with a well established retailer looking to grow their online presence. They make him an offer he can’t (you know the line), and he accepts. He builds a team. Totally overhauls their online presence. All leading to a 10% growth in e-commerce revenue. Big $$$$. He’s got them running like a well oiled machine. He sees the writing on the wall. He’s basically worked himself out of a job. The team is in place. The technology is in place. He’s high priced, no longer needed and ready to move on. He goes to the CEO and tells him that he realizes that they may no longer need him. That he’s got them to where they need to be and his salary may be viewed as a negative by the executive leadership team. The CEO literally says “are you crazy? We are not letting you go” and then offers him the vacant Chief Marketing Officer job on the spot. My guy has never been a CMO, but he accepts and is learning the ropes. Something he didn’t think he’d be doing at this stage of the game. And that my friends is an example of good leadership. Never let a superstar get away. #resumewriting #superstar #secondact
