I'm doing something I never imagined I'd do.

I'm starting my first company.

Not because I always dreamed of being a founder, 

But because I saw the same scene repeat itself in every company I worked for and I couldn't ignore it anymore.

Someone joins the team or company

They have many questions, 

They don't know the workflows

And the answer to most questions is

"Look it up in Confluence/SharePoint."

The person gets frustrated,
