I almost gave up on LinkedIn in 2022. Now, I almost touched $1M+ in 3 years.   → My DMs were empty. → I was this close to quitting. → Back then, my posts flopped. But I realized: → I had no clear call to action. → I didn’t show proof or share real stories. → My content was about me, not about THEM. I started sharing my wins (and losses), simplified my message, and showed how I actually fix broken sales systems. Result? 1. Massive inbound leads. 2. $300K+ closed in one quarter. 3. Dream clients who value the work. Moral? Don’t quit - challenge yourself. Your story can change someone’s business today. P.S. Have you ever wanted to give up on LinkedIn?

My boss was driving me crazy. (He said I’d never make it. That broke me inside.) It was my first sales job. I was eager, ambitious, and totally clueless. After weeks of struggle, he called me into his office: "Look, sales just isn't your thing. Maybe consider something else." Then he put me on notice period.  I felt embarrassed - rejected and shattered. Instead of quitting, I started studying great salesmen. I practiced cold emails after work. I woke up early to improve my skills. I practiced on how to talk to people. Slowly, I improved: Landed my first client after 28 days. Earned more in commissions than my salary. Set a company record by signing 4 more deals. Months later, that same boss said: " Good job and you're staying here with us." But my heart told me something else. So I planned to leave and never looked back. (Lesson)  Criticism can sting - but it can also ignite a fire. Never let anyone's opinion limit your potential. P.S. Did I do the right thing? Yes or No?

Last month, a B2B founder told me this on a Zoom call: "Your entire sales system is a trash."😏 I’ve heard many things in my career. But this? This hit different. His problem? 1. Zero high-intent leads. 2. Cold DMs with no replies. 3. Reps chasing anyone with a heartbeat. 4. A broken CRM that looked like a graveyard.     • He blamed his team. • He blamed the market. • He even blamed the economy. But he never looked at the real issue: → His messaging was generic. → His sales system was outdated. → His targeting was all over the place. In that one call, I broke everything down: Cleaned the CRM mess. Fixed the follow-up chaos. Rebuilt his outbound strategy from scratch. Focused only on high-intent signals (profile views, saves, warm replies). Fast forward 21 days: → 3 deals closed. → $45,000 added to his pipeline. → 5 high-ticket meetings booked. That same founder now thanks me every week. Funny how it works. Here’s the hard truth: You don’t have a lead problem. You don’t have a team problem. You have a system problem. P.S. Ever been called out by a client like this? Let’s share battle stories.

I fired 3 "top-performing" sales reps last year.😔 (B2B founders, you might hate me for this.) Deals closed. Revenue up. We hit record numbers that quarter. On paper, everything looked perfect. But behind the scenes? Clients churned faster than we could onboard them. Our pipeline was full of low-quality, low-intent leads. The reps were pushing quantity, not quality. Refund requests piled up. They were "closing" deals. But they were destroying the brand. And burning relationships we spent years building. I realized the painful truth: -------------------------------------- You don’t have a sales rep problem. You don’t have a volume problem. You have a lead quality problem. You have a trust problem. -------------------------------------- I didn’t need more "hunters." I needed system-builders. I needed reps who value long-term relationships over short-term dopamine hits. So I fired them. Rebuilt the sales system from scratch. Shifted to high-intent targeting only. Result? → Clients stayed longer. → We doubled referrals. → And ironically… sales went up. Most B2B founders won’t admit this. Because firing “top performers” sounds insane on a board deck. But your brand reputation is worth more than short-term wins. P.S. Have you ever had to fire someone even when they looked "perfect" on paper? Let’s talk.

I’ve been fixing B2B sales systems for 14 years. Here are my 6 favorite sales psychology “hacks". Talk to one person 1. Say “your sales system,” not “your sales systems.”     Say “your revenue,” not “your revenues.” Make them feel like you’re in their head - just you and them. 2. Ditch aggressive sales tactics     Forget “Your current system sucks.” Forget “I can 10x your revenue overnight.” Nobody likes a desperate, pushy salesperson. 3. Use emotional words.     Not “You’re losing deals.” → “You’re bleeding cash.” Not “Your pipeline is slow.” → “Your pipeline is suffocating.” Get them to feel the urgency, not just understand it. 4. Make your hook obvious.     Your first line should be crystal clear on what’s coming. Don’t tease. Don’t confuse. 5. Write like a checklist.     Visual flow > Info dump. This creates momentum and makes them want to act. Every bullet should feel like they’re ticking boxes on a fix-it list. 6. My “Coffee Table Close” Method     Before sending anything, I imagine I’m explaining it to a founder over coffee. No jargon. No slides. Just raw, honest advice that makes them nod. If it doesn’t sound like that? Rewrite it. I use these exact methods to book calls, revive dead pipelines, and close high-intent deals every month. Hope this helps. P.S. Which one will you try first? Drop the number below.

I’ve helped 50+ B2B founders in the past 6 months. Here are 7 "lead-gen hacks" you NEED to run in 2025.  (if you don’t want to get left behind): 1. Build a bulletproof sales system - not just random cold outreach. You need a clear, repeatable process to convert high-intent leads consistently. 2. Use multi-channel targeting (LinkedIn + Email + Warm signals). Stop relying on one method - diversify to reach decision-makers faster. 3. Master buyer intent signals - know exactly when someone is ready to buy. No more “spray and pray.” Precision wins. 4. Automate your follow-up sequences properly. 80% of deals close after the 5th touchpoint. But most founders quit after 1 or 2. 5. Clean your CRM pipeline regularly. Dead leads and messy data = dead revenue. Keep it fresh and track every move. 6. Stack trust-building content on LinkedIn. Show real wins, client stories, and your personal insights. People buy from people - not faceless companies. 7. Strengthen your offer clarity and positioning. If your offer isn’t crystal clear and urgent, your prospects won’t act (and they definitely won’t pay premium). Do these 7 right, and you’ll close more deals, faster - without burning out your team or your brand. 2025 is for founders who play smart, not just loud. P.S. Did I miss anything? If you’re struggling to close deals, read this. Most B2B founders fail due to these mistakes.... 1. You’re reaching out daily 2. You’re following up with prospects 3. You’re using the right scripts and pitches This works, but there's 1 key element missing... Personalization, especially in your outreach. Good pitches, follow-ups, and scripts aren’t enough anymore if you want to stand out and close deals. Your approach needs to be customized. For each and every prospect. If you’re sending a cold email… 1. Write something personal about them. 2. Provide value that solves a problem. If you’re connecting on LinkedIn… 1. Don’t just copy-paste a generic message. 2. Show genuine interest in their business. Personalization is the game-changer. Trust me on this. I’ve seen countless people struggle, but their close rate skyrockets once they dial this in. Plant the seed on the right land and time. Otherwise, your business will become like this barren field in the picture.

The chase for more leads is killing your business. We think we need: 1. More random cold leads. 2. More outreach scripts. 3. Bigger teams. 4. More tools. But what if we've got it backwards? True sales success isn't about chasing everything. It's about focusing on the right few. 1. High-intent leads. 2. Clear systems. 3. Less chaos. 4. More clarity. The most successful founders I work with don’t have the most leads. They have the most qualified ones. They don’t chase volume. They build systems that work even when they’re not watching. They’ve figured out how to build a business that supports the life they actually want - not the hustle life they think they're supposed to want. If you're ready to stop drowning in "more" and start focusing on better, I’ve documented everything I’ve learned helping B2B founders go from pipeline mess to predictable growth (without burning out). I'm just one DM away.

          343

Last week, I met a B2B founder for coffee. He ordered an espresso. I ordered a mistake. (And somehow, we both left with clarity.) He’d seen my posts but didn’t quite “get” what I do. So I offered to walk him through my process over a quick 20-minute chat. We sat down, and he started venting. 1. “We’ve tried cold outreach. Zero response.” 2. “We’re posting content, but no one’s biting.” 3. “Our pipeline looks full, but deals go nowhere.” I sipped my cappuccino and asked one question: “Who are you really targeting?” He paused. Blinked. Stirred his espresso like it had the answer. Then quietly admitted: “We don’t actually know.” That one moment turned a casual coffee into a strategy session. 1. We pulled up his CRM. 2. Spotted 47 unqualified leads sitting idle. 3. Found 11 warm contacts that hadn’t been followed up. 4. And 3 deals lost because nobody read the buyer’s intent signals.     So I broke it down. 1. Clean targeting. 2. Signals over spray-and-pray. 3. Follow-up flows that actually convert. He nodded slowly and said: “This… is exactly what we’ve been missing.” We didn’t even finish the second round of coffee. He became my 14th client this year. No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity. The lesson: Sometimes, all it takes is one focused conversation to spot what your systems have been missing for months. P.S. If you’d fix your lead flow over coffee too, my DMs are open. Bring caffeine. I’ll bring clarity. 😉

It took me 9 years to master sales. I'll explain it to you in one LinkedIn post. Not with fluff. Not with theory. Just what actually works. 👇 Here’s what I’ve learned the hard way: 1. Nobody cares about your offer. ↳  They care about their problem. 2. Most “no’s” are just “not now” ↳  Follow-up is your superpower. 3. The best leads aren’t cold. ↳  They’re quietly warm. Learn to read the signals. 4. Your energy closes more deals than your price ever will. 5. 80% of deals die in your broken CRM, not your pitch. Sales is NOT a talent. It’s a game of systems, signals, and stamina. I failed hundreds of times. But every failure was a system upgrade. If you're still struggling with sales → start here: 1. Build a process you can trust when pressure hits 2. Talk to the right person, not just anyone 3. Stop chasing cold leads 4. Track real buying intent 5. Fix your follow-up That’s what I do for my clients. And it’s how I built my business quietly, consistently, and on my own terms. 📌 Monday reminder: You don’t need 9 years. You just need the right system. Repost this ♻️ to master sales. P.S. Want me to show you mine? DM me "SYSTEM" Let’s make this your breakthrough week. 🔥

7 years ago, I had $320 in the bank. I cried that day but now crossed $1M.😭 And no idea how I was going to feed my family. I had just lost my 6-figure job. A newborn baby girl in my arms. And a heart full of fear I didn’t dare speak out loud. I still remember the exact day. I sat alone in my car and cried. Not because I was weak. But because I had to be strong for everyone else. (That was rock bottom.) But I didn’t stay there. I went door to door, offering my services. Messaged every contact I could think of. Took on any job that paid. Bit by bit, I rebuilt. Put food on the table. Paid off all the debt. I started my business from scratch. Signed one client. Then another. Slowly, the tide turned. And this year? (I crossed $1M in revenue.) No ads. No investors. No shortcuts. Just purpose, and a promise to never give up. If you’re in a dark place right now. Don’t let it define you. Let it drive you. Because rock bottom can be the strongest foundation you’ll ever stand on. To every founder still fighting silently: You’re not alone. Keep going. The comeback is always stronger than the setback. 💪 (Repost ♻️ if this reminded you of your journey.) P.S. I’m rooting for you.♥️ Drop “Hell Yeah” if you're in that phase right now. I’d love to connect.

I remember the time I couldn’t afford 2 meals a day. Now I’m part of one of the richest clubs in Dubai. ↳ Lived on instant noodles. ↳ I used to skip lunch just to save money. ↳ Said no to coffee meetups because I couldn’t afford one. I wasn’t chasing luxury. I just wanted to survive. But instead of giving up… I studied. ↳ I learned how to sell. ↳ I learned how to write cold emails. ↳ I learned how to fix broken sales systems. And I built a system that worked. Not just for me - For B2B founders I work with today. Now? ↳ I help companies generate high-intent leads ↳ I’ve built a business that runs on results, not luck ↳ I charge more for 1 hour than I used to make in a month The truth? It wasn’t easy. But it was worth it. If you’re in that season of struggle right now. Keep going. You’re closer than you think. ❤️ (Repost this ♻️ to motivate your friends.) P.S. Have you ever gone days with skipped meals too?
