I don’t know exactly where I’ll be 3 months from now. Or 6 months. But here’s what I do know: - I’m taking the steps. - I’m moving forward. - And I trust the process will lead me where I’m meant to go. Sometimes, it’s not about knowing the destination—it’s about having the courage to keep walking. Can you say the same about yourself? --- 𝗛𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 if you're ready to own your career 💪 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 if you know someone who needs this reminder ♻️ 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 for my newsletter (link in bio) for more career-boosting tips 🚀
Feeling stuck? It’s not your job. It’s not your boss. It’s YOU. But don’t worry—you’re not alone. Here’s how I got unstuck—and how you can too. A few years ago, I was stuck in a job that felt like quicksand. The harder I worked, the more stuck I felt. I kept telling myself: Maybe it’s just a phase. Maybe things will magically get better. Maybe this is just what success feels like. But deep down, I knew the truth: I was spinning my wheels because I didn’t know what I really wanted—and I didn’t have a plan to move forward. Sound familiar? Most of us spend more time avoiding the problem than solving it. You’re not stuck because you’re lazy. You’re stuck because you’re lacking one thing: CLARITY. Here’s how I got unstuck (and how you can too): 1️⃣ Get Real About What’s Not Working Stop sugarcoating it. What’s draining you? What’s making you resentful? Write it down—it’s time to face the truth. 2️⃣ Define What You Actually Want If you don’t know exactly what you want, that’s okay. Start with what you don’t want (your anti-vision). Use that as a compass to move toward better opportunities. 3️⃣ Make a Plan (Even a Messy One) Clarity doesn’t come from thinking—it comes from action. Apply for the job. Have the conversation. Take the course. Momentum builds clarity. You’re not as stuck as you think you are. You’re one decision away from creating the career (and life) you actually want. Stop waiting for clarity to show up. Start creating it today. Start owning your damn career. What’s the #1 thing that’s holding you back right now? --- 𝗛𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 if you're ready to own your career 💪 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 if you know someone who needs this reminder ♻️ 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 for my newsletter (link in bio) for more career-boosting tips 🚀
Welp, time to pack my bags—robots and AI are officially taking over. This bot snapped a pic of me and then started drawing it… better than I ever could. At least they haven’t figured out how to take coffee breaks yet. For now, I’ll stick to the things bots can’t do—like being me. 😉 --- 𝗛𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 if you're ready to own your career 💪 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 if you know someone who needs this reminder ♻️ 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 for my newsletter (link in bio) for more career-boosting tips 🚀
Sometimes, life hands you unexpected moments that make you pause and think, 'What just happened?' This was one of those moments. I hit record, and what unfolded was equal parts chaos, humor, and an unexpected lesson. Here’s what it taught me: 1️⃣ Things rarely go as planned—and that’s okay. 2️⃣ Laughing at yourself is an underrated skill. 3️⃣ Growth happens when you embrace the unexpected. Whether you’re tackling a project, trying something new, or just navigating life, remember: - Plans will go sideways. - Perfection doesn’t exist. - And sometimes, the best thing you can do is roll with it—and maybe share the story afterward. 😉 Have you ever had one of those moments where things went completely off-script—but it taught you something anyway? --- 𝗛𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 if you're ready to own your career 💪 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 if you know someone who needs this reminder ♻️ 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 for my newsletter (link in bio) for more career-boosting tips 🚀
At first glance, I thought, ‘This will be easy.’ A few small pieces, a cute design—it couldn’t take more than an hour, right? Wrong. This tiny puzzle had hundreds of tiny-er pieces. Frustration hit early.... Pieces scattered everywhere. Instructions that made no sense! The growing urge to just shove it all back in the bag and call it a day. Sometimes the smallest, most tedious challenges teach us the biggest lessons. About patience. About persistence. And about the power of seeing something through, even when you really don’t feel like it. Building this little penguin was a reminder that: - The hardest part is often just starting. - Progress happens one small piece at a time. - Usually your thoughts are worse than reality. And the result? Always worth it. It’s not about the size of the challenge—it’s about your commitment to finishing it. So whether it’s a work project, a personal goal, or a tiny penguin puzzle: Start where you are. Take it one piece at a time. And keep going, even when it feels impossible. So, what’s one project or goal you’ve powered through recently—big or small? They say Big 4 is a ‘career launchpad.’ Sometimes, it feels more like a treadmill. Deadlines, client calls, late nights, repeat. 😅 JK! I still work here. But if you play your cards right, Big 4 can be the launchpad they promised. The skills, the connections, the reputation—it’s all there for you to leverage. Here’s 5 Ways to Use Big 4 as a Launchpad for Your Dream Career.👇 --- 𝗛𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 if you're ready to own your career 💪 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 if you know someone who needs this reminder ♻️ 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 for my newsletter (link in bio) for more career-boosting tips 🚀
Big 4 will take as much time as you give it. The late-night emails, urgent requests, and endless deadlines never stop. But it’s not their job to set boundaries for you—it’s yours. If you’re tired of burnout and ready to reclaim your time, here’s How to Set Boundaries in a High-Pressure Big 4 Role.👇 --- 𝗛𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 if you're ready to own your career 💪 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 if you know someone who needs this reminder ♻️ 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 for my newsletter (link in bio) for more career-boosting tips 🚀
You’re waiting for the big break, the big promotion, or the big leap forward. But what if I told you that the BIGGEST results come from the SMALLEST wins? I used to think success was about massive, life-changing moments: - Landing the dream job. - Getting a huge promotion. - Hitting a big milestone. But here’s what actually changed my life: - Sending one extra email. - Showing up at the gym for 20 minutes instead of skipping it. - Spending 10 minutes planning my day instead of diving into chaos. None of it felt big in the moment. But over time? Those tiny actions turned into HUGE results. Listen, I get it. We all want instant success. But big results aren’t built in a day—they’re built one tiny step at a time. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent. Here’s how to do it: 1️⃣ Start Ridiculously Small Overwhelmed? Stop trying to change everything at once. Write 1 sentence instead of a whole report. Walk for 10 minutes instead of running 5 miles. Check off one easy task to create momentum. 2️⃣ Celebrate the Progress Every small win matters. Treat yourself to a coffee, take 5 minutes to reflect, or just acknowledge: ‘I did that.’ 3️⃣ Stack the Wins Success is a snowball effect. One win leads to another. The key is showing up—day after day. Small wins are the building blocks of big success. Stop waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect opportunity, or the perfect version of yourself. Start where you are, with what you have. Take one small step today—and watch how far it takes you. So, what’s one small win you’re going to celebrate today? --- 𝗛𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 if you're ready to own your career 💪 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 if you know someone who needs this reminder ♻️ 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 for my newsletter (link in bio) for more career-boosting tips 🚀
