👉1 sentence about me: I teach AI to 1.4M students on Udemy; also CEO of Team-GPT: A leading Enterprise AI software. 👉Multi sentence about me: I used to compete in Maths for 10 years and was quite good at it. To this day, my work ethic is highly influenced by my Math competitor days. I graduated in Finance and have all the financial knowledge I could ask for. It was not my calling, so I never pursued it... but I find it quite useful in running a business. At 23, I co-founded an educational startup for online data science courses - 365 Data Science. I helped it scale to 30+ people with millions of students worldwide and $1M+ ARR. Courses that I have personally created have been taken by 1,300,000+ students. This EdTech business was bootstrapped to $30M+. Currently, I'm Co-founder and CEO of Team-GPT. Team-GPT reached 25K users in 9 months and is used by enterprises all around the globe. I'm a very curious guy, who loves to build stuff.

I’m looking forward to speaking at the Balkan eCommerce Summit tomorrow (29 April 2025). My topic: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗔𝗜 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝘅 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 Here’s what we'll cover: • How we actually use AI at Team-GPT to streamline work • Practical workflows that drive real results (not just hype) • Will share some secrets about from our product design process 👀 If you’re interested in making AI work for your business (not just talking about it), let’s connect at the summit!
I've been following Casey Hill for at least 5 years now. Casey is the most practically oriented marketers I know. I've shared his posts 100s of times and adjusted our marketing mix dozens of times, thanks to him. It's an absolute pleasure to be hosting him in a webinar next week: AI at Work: The Ultimate A/B Testing Framework for Marketing Teams. Register here: 👉 https://lnkd.in/dmjfxhp2 P.S. The title of the weibinar series 'AI at Work' was inspired by a comment Casey made 1 year ago on one of my posts!
1 year ago, I was brain rotting in a fundraising sprint. It’s so ironic that the fundraising process brings great capital and opportunity… at the cost of focus on the actual business. The #1 advise I can give is: run a tight process. Better not fundraise, than spend many months trying to. Every VC which drags your process doesn’t have your interest at heart. Otherwise they’d give you the money ASAP so you can fly. You need only 1 ‘yes’, move as quickly as possible to get it.
There is nothing as hilarious as San Francisco physical ads. I always wonder what are these teams thinking when they pay for an ad like: 'The Best AI Tool Since ChatGPT' It's some kind of weird flex to spend money on billboards in SF. What do you think is the ROI on these?
“But while the sales closer will be an integral part of Customer Validation, the founders and CEO still need to lead the process. Sales closers are invaluable in setting up meetings, pushing for follow-up meetings, and closing the deal. However, having a sales closer is not a substitute for getting founders to personally gather customer feedback.” - Steve Blank 'The Four Steps to the Epiphany'
Good Qs after you launch a product. “Given the customer orders to date, does the product you are first shipping meet the needs of the market? - How closely did your product match customers’ pain? - Did you lose deals because of missing features? - What features stood out as clear “home runs”? - Did you lose because your product wasn't important enough to buy until it was a “whole product”? - Do you want to emphasize different features? - Has the VP of Product Development heard customer issues firsthand? - Did you oversell? - Are customers happy?” - Steve Blank 'The Four Steps to the Epiphany'
ChatGPT is on a trajectory to hit $1B weekly active users by 2026. I'm excited by the prospect of 1,000,000,000 humans using AI weekly! So, so powerful, yet too good to be true. 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩: 𝘴𝘸𝘺𝘹 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘓𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦.

We spent 50 hours creating 150+ prompts. Take them for free. At Team-GPT, we realized that 90% of people don't know how to put together a prompt. So, our marketing team decided to spend 50h last week creating a Prompt Library with the absolute BEST prompts across: • Marketing • Sales • Product Management • HR • Engineering & IT • Legal • Education • Consulting • Venture Capital • Customer support No fluff. Just prompts that work. Comment "prompts" and I'll send them your way free.
Help needed. We are looking to talk to more customers who fit our 'Ideal customer profile'. The purpose is to hear their opinion on the development of the product. What are your thoughts on these: - What's the ideal meeting set up? 30-mins? 45-mins? Live meeting? - Should we talk to prospective clients, new ones, existing? All of them? - How many meetings would you hold to consider this a 'representative sample'? Can you have 'too many' meetings? Thanks!
1 year ago was one of the toughest times for me mentally and physically. I was exhausted. But worse of all- rejection really messed up with my brain. Going through the fundraising successfully was one of my biggest wins ever.
re: customer advisory board “I want you on my advisory board so I can learn how to build a product you will buy. We both fail if I can't.” First customer advisory board meeting this week. Excited!
OpenAI started with 100% market share. It's been declining ever since. That's not unexpected. OpenAI are really great. But so are Anthropic, Meta, Google, and a bunch of others. This graph shows how Anthropic started eating away from OpenAI. But now: - Meta is available on almost every device in the world (in WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) - Gemini is available in all Google Workspaces - Microsoft supports all of them Models will only get better. The true value of AI is in applications which can make it relevant for the user. P.S. That's what we at Team-GPT do for marketers!
Your help is needed! Should we migrate from WordPress to Webflow? Our team's expertise is WordPress, so that's what my co-founders and I went for 2 years ago. We know every little quirkiness, every shortcoming, every little 'hack'. However, the devex is becoming an real issue. Elementor is super slow, as well as almost every other plugin that we are using. Maybe it's time to move away from WordPress. For a B2B SaaS website (like Team-GPT), where we've got 100+ articles (so it's rather content heavy), would you recommend moving to Webflow? Any idea one the following: - How much time will it take to migrate? - Should we outsource this to an agency or do it in-house? - Will the SEO be impacted? Any tips on this? Anything else you can think of - we are all ears! 🙏

Team-GPT just hit $500K ARR. I expected to be happier. Turns out the pressure of being a VC funded company is real. I feel we are moving too slow. The expectations are to make $500M ARR instead. But we deserve the break! So we'll take this Friday off! Last week I had the pleasure to tell my entrepreneurship journey at Aspire Impact Academy in Varna. Varna (my hometown) is a seaside city with about 300K people. There were 5 pitches and I was really midblown by the quality of the ideas. For one of them- I have seen San Francisco startups with $5M+ Seed rounds and less product. I'm excited about the entrepreneurship scene. Thanks for the invite and power to the Varnapreneurs!
