We started New Zapiens because we believe that we have to take our health more into our own hands. Let’s face it: most of our doctors only treat us when we already have a problem. Our healthcare system is designed to react to diseases, not help us prevent health issues in the first place. Yet, we know that our lifestyle - how we sleep, what we eat, how often we work out etc. - has a huge impact on how healthy we are. And how well and long we’ll likely live. We believe in the power of our personal health data. We can only optimise what we can measure and track. Yet, we know that we are all different. What might work for me doesn’t work for you. So we all have to find out for ourselves.
