I'm not your typical accountant. I’m creative at heart and passionate about personal growth. I write, and I coach. Here, I don’t want to bore you with analysis and numbers. Online, I show up with that more soulful side, hoping to help you on your own journey of growth. I’m tired of the games we get sucked into playing around our work life… They often feel rushed, shallow or empty. It’s exhausting, and it hurts to know we are out of alignment with our true selves and we aren’t reaching our potential. We are craving less, and something deeper, something more meaningful. It's time for "The Meaning Path"… First, more on my background: I’ve been a leadership coach since 2020, mainly working with leaders to help them understand themselves, build courage, overcome obstacles, and push themselves to reach their highest potential, without burning out. I’ve also been a Chartered Accountant for over 15 years, leading finance teams in wide range of industries and organisations in Australia and the UK. I also started writing online in 2020, and you know what? I learned I LOVE writing! Who would have thought, an accountant loves writing! I’ve mainly written about mindset, meaning and purpose, self-mastery and wellbeing in work. And my latest frontier? Becoming a dad! I’m the proud father of two beautiful boys. Where am I focusing my online creative efforts now? The Meaning Path I’ve been blogging online and writing a weekly newsletter since 2020. But I was a bit all over the place, too many platforms and publishing commitments, trying to do too many things, and burning myself out. It was time to: DO LESS, BUT DIVE DEEPER. I want to to build something awesome, but slowly. I'm in no rush. And that feels good.
