I explore mindset, meaning, self-mastery and wellbeing in work. I am a certified organisational coach who uses a strengths-based approach. I've been coaching professionally since 2020. Before that I was a Chartered Accountant for 13 years, leading finance teams in wide range of industries and organisations in Australia and the UK. I completed my coach training with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and a diploma in positive psychology and wellbeing. I also became accredited to debrief the Strengths Profile assessment. Drawing on my certifications and wealth of corporate and leadership experience, I coach leaders to achieve mastery in their work and find fulfilment along the way.
