I deliver keynotes, masterclasses and host a podcast on leadership and culture 👨🏾‍💻 Author. I have an Amazon bestselling book called The BRAVE Leader. More Courage. Less Fear. Better Decisions for inclusive leadership. Apparently, my name comes first when you Google it! So on the personal bit. Here are some insights. Family first in everything. I am married to an amazing woman, the father of two fabulous daughters, son of awesome parents from the Caribbean (Grenada and Barbados), and a friend to many. Which is a nice way of saying I can be shady AF. I have no problem using colourful profanity to make a point. But I never swear at people. That's naughty.
