A few years ago, at the early stages of my entrepreneurial journey, I discovered a huge gap in talent sourcing, especially sourcing mid to executive-level recruitment. Which led to me starting the recruitment agency CVPeople Tanzania. In my work as CEO, Founder, and Director of Talent Acquisition, I possess significant Business Management, Brand Building, and HR Management capabilities which provided me with the ability and skills needed to lead the establishment of the organization with a focus on helping large companies find the right talents with the right expertise for the right role. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 As a specialist in Pan African Recruitment and Talent Acquisition with 12+ years of experience, I observed the gaps in women applying for positions, especially in senior roles This led to the birth of Women in Management Africa (WIMA), aimed at improving gender balance and diversity on boards and in leadership roles. I am a gender diversity and inclusion practitioner who works with organisations and senior leadership to forge more gender-balanced and inclusive workplaces covering governance, leadership, culture, policies, and supply chains.
