As the Senior Product Manager for On-Demand Staffing, I focused on Snag's incubator product SnagWork (formerly HUSL) whose goal was to provide on-demand shift workers for local SMB establishments. I was brought in to help scale the 'start-up' to additional markets and improve customer experience. 

Responsibilities included:
- Understand, represent and advocate for the best UX for both managers and workers of this dual shift-work marketplace
- Collaborate with design and engineering to formulate and test hypotheses to hit quarterly goals focused on increasing user engagement, new customer conversion and shift completion rates 
- Thoroughly research and document the motivations and frustrations of users on our platform and translate that into motivation for our engineering team to develop higher level technical solutions
- Manage team of engineers, QA and design through agile practices for product execution
- Write user stories and organize workload through tools such as Trello and Jira 
- Developed wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop and Invision
- Develop product strategy and roadmap to communicate consistently across the organization
- Partner continuously with operations, sales, finance and other departments to deliver product needs within timelines and budget 
- Maintain product backlog of robust, innovation customer solutions 
- Research, document and build into product any new market requirements around labor regulations 
- Analyze product performance metrics to recognize product gaps and develop recommendations for product enhancements
- Attend leadership and Board of Director meetings to share product performance as it relates to company growth and future development

Senior Product Manager, On-Demand Staffing

As the Product Manager for Scheduling & On-Demand staffing, I oversaw the discovery, requirement gathering, prototyping, user experience & testing, and delivery of new and existing SMB products. 

Responsibilities included:
- Evaluate through research and user interviews product-market fit for developing a from-scratch SMB scheduling software 
- Understand and develop experiences for a 2-sided marketplace scheduling product representing restaurant managers and hourly workers
- Collaborate with Design to develop wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity mock ups for user interviews and ongoing product iterations
- Schedule and run all user interviews remotely and in-person with existing and potential clients 
- Organize and execute agile sprints with traditional scrum ceremonies 
- Use data from tools such as Google, Adobe Analytics and Looker to recognize trends and recommend product gaps and opportunities
- Developing business proposals for new product ideas 
- Track and report product OKR benchmarks and success metrics
