I've been professionally working, writing, and researching using data for almost 4 years now, focused on blockchain data. I work as a freelancer Data Scientist and Data Analyst for companies like HoudiniSwap and Offblocks. For HoudiniSwap, I built data pipelines to gather and analyze on-chain data, focusing on analyzing the company's token holders, their activities, patterns, and more. The main technologies used were Moralis and Bitquery, along with Python libraries like Pandas, Matplotlib, and others. The final 30-page report was shared internally with the team. For Offblocks, using Bitquery and Dune, I conducted extensive research involving the collection, processing, and analysis of on-chain data about wallets, decentralized exchanges, and more, analyzing volume, number of transactions, and more. The final report was shared internally with the team and with potential investors, focused on fundraising and demonstrating the size of the market opportunity.
