Hi, I'm Timo, 29 years old, live in Amsterdam and am a passionate hiker and cyclist.

I am also Co-Founder and CEO of DECAID Studio. We have been the Generative AI partner for marketing teams and agencies for two years. We recently concluded a Generative AI workshop incredibly well-led by Timo Springer. The event was a great success, attracting nearly 90 participants from various departments of the Simba Dickie Group all keen to thoroughly explore AI technologies. 🔮 Es ist einfach, mit GenAI die 80% zu erreichen. Die Herausforderung liegt darin, genau das zu erzeugen, was man sich vorstellt. 

👨‍💻 Ich habe zum Test ein Video mit den AI tools erstellt, mit denen ich momentan am liebsten arbeite. Das Thema war mein aktuelles Lieblings-Game: Helldivers 2.

Um es genau so hinzubekommen wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte, musste ich: 

🖼️ 1279 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 rendern und
🎵 104 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐬 mit dem selben Text erstellen 

🔬 Die Herausforderung war dabei, dass ich oft ein Ergebnis erhalten habe, was mir nur zu 80% gefallen hat. 
🧐 Oft war z.B. der Stil richtig, aber die Qualität nicht ausreichend, oder umgekehrt. Auch die Character Consistency von Midjourney lässt an einigen Stellen noch zu wünschen übrig. 😅

🗒️ Das Konzept für die Story habe ich mithilfe von ChatGPT und Miro entwickelt. 
🔎 Mit Hilfe des Magnific Upscaler wurden die Midjourney Bilder verbessert und die Bewegung der Bilder mit LeiaPix animiert.
🎬 Letztendlich habe ich alles mit CapCut zu dem finalen Video zusammengeschnitten.
