1. Ask "Why?"A Lot
He's always curious, asking about everything. 
→ Now I ask 3 big questions about what really matters to me every day.

2.Messing Up Is OK
He falls down, gets up, and tries again without feeling bad.
→ I write down what I learn when I make mistakes.

3.Enjoy Right Now
He has fun with simple things, not worrying about later.
→ I spend 10 minutes a day just focusing on the present.

4.Don't Give Up
Whether it's a tough game or learning to ride a bike, he keeps trying.
→ I picked up an old project I quit and I'm working on it bit by bit.

5.Be Yourself
He says what he thinks without worrying what others might say.
→ I'm more honest about my feelings, even when it's hard.

6.Be Happy About Small Wins
He celebrates every little thing he does right.
→ I notice the good things I do each day, no matter how small.


7. Use Your Imagination

Defeating You're "Not Enough"


👉For way too long, I was my own worst enemy. My inner critic constantly told me I wasn't succeeding, I wasn't doing enough.


I realize now that negative mental talk was sabotaging me. 

- My harsh inner voice made me doubt myself at every turn
- I was trapped in a cycle of relentless self-criticism
- I avoided risks and opportunities 


🤔Over time, I realized something had to change. 

So I got to work reprogramming my mind and inner self through affirmations, and mindfulness practices. 

It wasn't easy, but slowly I learned to catch my negative thoughts and reframe them in a more positive, constructive way.


🌟Here are three key mindset shifts that helped me overcome my toxic self-talk:

- Mistakes and failures are part of life - they don't define my self-worth
- I am not my thoughts - negative mental chatter is just noise, not reality
- I deserve to go after my dreams without tying myself down with self-doubt

It's still a daily practice, but I'm getting better at being my own champion instead of worst critic. 


Once I stopped beating myself up constantly, I found the confidence and motivation to start really living life on my terms.

👉I've been in your shoes. 

Always pushing, working late, wanting more. 

I've made mistakes.

Here are the 4 biggest errors and how you can do better:


1️⃣ Not Taking Care of Myself

I thought self-care was for the weak. I pushed myself to exhaustion, got sick and felt tired all the time.

The "3-8-8" Routine- 3 workouts a week, 8 hours of sleep, 8 glasses of water daily.


2️⃣ Thinking Being Busy Meant Getting Stuff Done

I packed my day with tasks, thinking more meant better,  I did a lot but achieved little about what  really mattered.

Quick Fix: The "3 Big Rocks" Method: List your 3 most important tasks each morning. Do these first


3️⃣Sacrificing Personal Life for Work

I chose work over friends and family,  I lost touch with friends and loved ones and felt empty inside.

Quick Fix: "2-2-2 Rule" Plan a date night every 2 weeks, a day trip every 2 months, a vacation every 2 years.


4️⃣ Being Too Scared to Fail
I only did "safe" things to avoid messing up so missed out on big opportunities.
Quick Fix: Weekly "Stretch Task": Try one thing outside your comfort zone each week, no matter how small.
